I don't recomment to buy from Platomania. They sell online items they dont have and allow the payment. Then silence. You have to write them to see whats going on. They will respond they dont have the item. I wrote them to send back my money. Guess what, they still show the item online as available! Avoid Platomania is my advice

I bought the apple red version of "Everything is Alive" LP from Slowdive. It arrived with absolutely no problem to Belgium in two days just like I was told from the beginning. It even came with a little booklet with a selection of other vinyl from their store.
One thing though, the package did not indicate that it was fragile which could cause problems for other customers if they get a broken record.

I ordered a limited vinyl and came a little wrinkled because of shipping. I told them and they managed to fix the problem perfectly! Based on my experience, I'd recommend it with no doubt.

I ordered a record like 2 months ago. We send them many emails with no answers. They answered us like 2 times saying that there was a mistake in the email (they said we wrote ...comm instead of ...com) but this is not true we actually wrote it right. They never send the vinyl but at least after 2 months we got the money back. I don't recommend you at all this website.

Ordered 2 records. Got them around 10 days after their release date. Im happy!

I placed an order nº 326148, on 02/12, with 3 LP's and received an album already open, the second LP was okay and the third LP was not sent, but I paid for it and the store does not return the money to me. I've already sent emails and no reply, I sent it via Instagram and they told me that they are very busy. I paid for 3 LPs, I received only two, one has already broken the seal and they do not return the money for the disc that was not sent. I never buy from this store again and I don't recommend it to anyone who wants a record and quality service.
