They sold ticket and gave wrong GPS for an event in an Industrial Zone. The only directions given were from Downtown Dubai and I came from Abu Dhabi, so GPS was my only direction. They did not give the name or the number of the warehouse, due to which I missed about an hour of the 1:40 hrs show. Now they are refusing to give refund or any explanation; only explanation is it is as per "T&C". My question is
1) Did you have the correct name or number of the warehouse listed - answer is NO
2) Was the GPS accurate - again NO!

The person(s) who helped with my request was both extremely helpful and informative. I requested both information and action based upon that information. While it did take approximately 30 hours to find a resolution, they were both truthful about the probable outcome and when it was not exactly what I requested they found a suitable workaround that satisfied my needs. I am extremely satisfied with the service and help given after the sale.

Terrible company steal the money never anyone use this service unprofessional at all ’m following up regarding my refund request. I already submitted everything you requested — in fact, I did it more than 10 times — but I still haven’t received my money.
Please note that on the event day, I had an accident and couldn’t attend with my friend. My phone was broken, and I had to go to Samsung for repairs. Because of that, I couldn’t access my account, my emails, or even contact my girlfriend to explain what happened.
Attached are the tickets from my app as proof. I kindly ask you to review my case again and process my refund as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket on 03/10/2025 around 5 PM for the Dandiya Thangal Nights event scheduled on 04/10/2025. Shockingly, I received a ticket for the same day—03/10/2025—which was completely incorrect. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, no one responded. The customer service feels robotic and unhelpful, and there's zero accountability. This was my first time trying their service, and I’m thoroughly dissatisfied. Worst service I’ve encountered. Booking number: 29658925

Absolute scammers and terrible customer suport.
I have made a booking, that was cancelled in due time form Tiqets.com with PLP events (platinumlist) as the suplier (supplier code 12866648). Upon cancelling the event in due time no refund is being made with Platinumlist claiming that they don't do refunds.
With Customer support being super rude, not giving even a name of the support agent, claiming that the booking is made with them directly, which is a lie, cause they don't even offer the event directly, only as a supplier via Tiqets.
Steer clear from them if you don't want issues and hastle dealing with the CS team which is... the worst ever.

Very BAD Experience
I have bought a 3 ticket with lower stand for Asia Cup at Dubai cricket stadium.
For all 3 matches, they have sent upper stand ticket. When I have connected through webchat, the customer service Rownaa, Mohab and Marwan are not assisted as I need it. I was not asking to oblige me, I was asking to provide a right tickets.
They are replying, “the best way, you go to stadium and request security to allow you sit in lower stand.” This is the service provided by reputed ticket selling company.

I had to modify an order because I booked a wrong day very carelessly. (A cricket match). Once several attempts from the online whatsap chat were not successful, the direct whatsap chat of “platinum list - change ticket”, Mr.AHELLAH was very quick in his responses, replying maximum within 5 seconds & sorting out my issue. We bought 6 tickets from Platinumlist for an AFC match (4 adults, 2 kids). When we arrived, the organizers refused to let us enter, even though the tickets were valid. Their reason was discriminatory and unacceptable.
I tried to contact Platinumlist but received no response. As the ticketing provider, they must take responsibility, issue a full refund, and apologize for the time and money wasted.

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unresponsive Team
I am truly disappointed with the service provided by Platinum List, especially by Ms. Nora, Ms. Mayer, and Ms. Fatima. Despite sending multiple emails requesting a callback, we never received a single response or follow-up. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating, and it's unacceptable for a company claiming to provide customer service.
We wanted a callback to explain our horrible experience during our visit for the Edge Walk and Slide. The ticket clearly stated to park at Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue, but upon arrival at the venue (Address Sky View), the staff informed us that they had their own parking available. This miscommunication led to a long and exhausting walk for my family. My wife suffered a severe shoe bite due to this unnecessary walk, and we barely made it on time for our reservation. This could have been easily avoided with accurate information.
To make things worse, we are still waiting for the Jubail Mangrove Park tickets, which we were promised over a month ago. Despite several follow-ups, there's been zero response from the team.
Overall, this has been a completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I do not recommend using Platinum List, and I sincerely hope they improve their communication and customer service standards.
I already shared this experience in month of May on Google review and, I didn't get any response. So I am sharing the review here.
