The lift in and of itself is great, it’s residential and brings us into the house from our garage, it carries 6 pax, total weight 500kgs.
Since we started using if at the beginning of March it has stopped due to an error 3 times. Each time we have had to wait for someone to come and reset as it would not accept a reset by the user. This time we have now been waiting 6 days and several phone calls later we are still waiting for someone to get it working again. We also don’t appreciate being told it must be our fault for over loading it. At no point have we come near the limit let alone exceeded it. I have given a 3* because we really like the lift but unless we get it working continuously and problem free with better more interested customer service we will remain unsatisfied.
