Founded in January 2019, we have gone from strength to strength building number plates for customers all over the U.K. Our Main goal is to offer you guys the highest of quality plates at an affordable price. Each number plate is hand made at Plate Builder HQ and Quality control checked before being sent out. At Plate Builder we live by the motto “If we wouldn’t be satisfied with the number plate going on our car, then the number plate isn’t good enough to go on yours”. No Number plate is sent out until it passes our quality control checks. ​ Something which separates us from our competition, we look to create a relationship with our customers. It goes way beyond just a number plate. We love to see you guys at car shows and events and have a good chat. We like to make things personal at plate builder, as at the end of the day, number plates are a personal asset to us all.

2nd Time Fantastic!

After a few years later, I needed a new set of plates for my new car so I went back to Platebuilder since the service was great the first time! I was introduced to a new style called ‘Shadow’ plates which are road legal and look amazing and I can’t thank them enough. I’m in love with it and they even went the extra mile to fit it onto my car so thank you once again for you top service! If I could give 10 stars on this I would ⭐️

I recently used the Plate Builder to…

I recently used the Plate Builder to design a custom plate, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The interface was incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to personalize every detail. The range of styles, colors, and fonts allowed me to create a plate that perfectly matches my vehicle. The quality of the final product is impressive — the print is sharp, clear, and durable. Plus, it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I’m thrilled with my new plate and will definitely use Plate Builder again for future customizations! Highly recommended!

Needed EV banner plates for my car

Needed EV banner plates for my car, went for the 4D Gel style and they looked amazing.
They were done in a timely manner and i was kept updated all throughout.

Needed to make a plate for a last…

Needed to make a plate for a last minute birthday gift for my brother, came across this comepany and they made everything so quick and was to easy work with, just in time to give to him aswell. Will definitely be coming back for my own plates in the future.
