If I could give less than one, would do. I agree with all the other reviews, total scam!! Thankfully Nat West Bank had fortunately had heard about them and refunded the money taken.

Scammers AVOID
I saw a vacuum cleaner supposedly on offer from Tesco on Facebook where you only paid £3 delivery charge. An amount of £1 showed on my credit card and then £36. I contacted my credit card company who cancelled my card, however another £36 was pending which they couldn't stop. Once I received my new card I have now received a temporary refund while they investigate.

I don't even know how they got my details but Halifax refusing to help stating their system shows I gave them my information which I did not using the phone I was talking to them on!! I did not do anything. I only found out who platbudget was after I noticed a payment which turned out to be the 2nd of 36pounds. They trying to take it weekly. Be careful if you get unknown texts etc thats only way I think this happened to me. Good luck if your with Halifax they won't help you at all. They won't even stop the payments or freeze my card!!
This is a total con
This is a total con. Once they have your card details they take money as and when they like. I canceled my card one hour after the first transaction of £9.95. They have still taken out anther £36.00 three days later
This is a total SCAM
Banks' don't seem to care
What I don't understand is, since everyone who has dealt with Platbudget knows it is a scam, why don't the banks' fraud departments take steps to close down Platbudget's bank account and then report the company to the police for fraud?

This company has stole money from my account. Total fraud despite contacting my bank Lloyds who decided it wasn’t fraud WTF. £45 down so far. Stopped and changed card so hope no more. Shame on Lloyds for not stopping it
Platbudget.com - A complete scammer
A complete scammer. I was trying to purchase from Screwfix and assumed Platbudget was handling their online purchasing. They took £9.95 then tried to take another £36 which my bank stopped. Looks like someone else on Trustpilot lost the exact same sums! When I contacted them they tried to get most of my card details from me, then ignored my emails. I’ve now had to cancel my card and contact all suppliers who I paid on it. Total nightmare.
If I could give the zero stars I would
If I could give the zero stars I would, I’ve no idea who they are but they’ve tried to take £36 on Sunday, my bank fraud team let me know. I’ve no way of contacting them and they’ve taken £9.95 today. I’m absolutely fuming. How can I stop any further money leaving my account? 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Plat Budget Fraudsters!!!
If you look up “fraud” in the dictionary you will see PLATBUDGET.COM’s Name!!!
I love TrustPilot because every time some scammers try to rip me off, TrustPilot always has terrible reviews on them from all walks of people’s experience with the fraudsters. Don’t need to write a scathing review on these crooks because I’d only be repeating the same thing that all the other poor folks that got ripped off have already said it all!!!

We get screwed by everyone.
Why would I tick the 'Let Platbudget know' box when they are not contactable.

They are scammers and I fell for it like a fool on Facebook! I immediately reported it to my bank. They blocked them however, they’re still trying to take money out now. Absolute scam company
Absolute scam company. Platbudget.com have taken two unauthorised charges from my bank account (£1 and £36), following a scam advertisement on Facebook. They claim to have 24/7 online help but I waiting for 38 minutes to finally be in a chat room with an “active” team member for over 45 minutes and they just ignored all of my messages and then closed the chat room and put my back in another queue with a waiting time of 40+ minutes
Platbudget.com are party to a scam
Platbudget.com have taken an unauthorised charge on my Mastercard, following a scam advertisement on Facebook. How do I block Platbudget from applying further charges and force them to refund the monies that have already been fraudulently taken?
False pretences: party to scam operations
This company is being used to take money for fraudsters on the promise of fake rewards for answering questions in response to a message supposedly from Tesco which has nothing at all to do with Tesco.
I want this to be resolved with the return of my money which has been taken under false pretences.
