Absolutely awful company. Paid for goods that I never recieved. I had to use a VISA chargeback from my bank that I was eventually rewarded after the company refused to refund me. I now see they are being sued by Trust pilot for using fake reviews. Absolute Joke of a business. Scammers.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order in May, was contacted to say there would be a slight delay due to stock issues. 3 months later I have no goods, their phone number does not work and my emails are all unanswered. I have begun proceedings with my bank to reclaim my money.

Had to contact bank to receive refund as I think they have gone under and stopped delivering orders.

AVOID.

Did not recieve the full order still waiting for a refund on the undelivered part of the order, nothing bu excuses i think it is deliberate fraun as it seem to have happened to others as well do not buy from this company

They took my money, made loads of excuses, didn't deliver, promised a refund. 2 month since order and no refund. No phone, no website and not answering emails. I hope the police get involved. I have reported them. Total scumbags.

Avoid this company, was sold shower panels out of stock so requested a refund. Received email of refund but a month later still no money, owed £204.00 and now ignoring my emails.
Company is a joke.

Order never arrived fobbed of with supplier issues ( witch turns out there supplier put them on stop for now paying them) refund promised still no refund from them, opened a claim with my back to get my money back,avoid at all cost

Ordered facias and soffits from this company, fair enough delivered the stuff eventually but sent the wrong soffits, they offered to supply me with circular vents which I didn’t want as I wanted continuous ventilation, so asked for a refund, which I was offered and would be paid within 10 days, nearly 8 weeks later still waiting, wouldn’t go near company, definitely be taking this further, very unprofessional, scammers

I ordered my materials for a client , paid for , then I received an email to say that Plastics hub could not fulfil my order this time.( Despite all showing in Stock) I'm a returning customer, I have not received the Refund I was told I would receive, I lost my Client over this as well, I cant speak to anyone about this. Really unhappy and thought I should share my experience, Still awaiting refund , at the time of this review

Don't place an order with this lot. They are relying on fobbing you off for 120 days so you can't claim your refund.

Sad scamming little people with zero integrety

Please avoid, they are thieves. They have had my money but haven’t delivered. Now they are telling me to go to my bank and get my money back. Plus now they are blanking my emails, they should be up before the courts, I’m going citizens advice tomorrow. It’s disgusting

Ordered Fascias and soffits, then added gutters ect. Fascias and soffit delivered, but no gutters asked for refund 3 months down the road still owed over £40.Now ignoring emails had to get in touch with citizens advice. Stay away from this company.

Just wanted a strip of plastic fascia, paid to have it delivered. After a few weeks said there was a delay from their suppliers, said it was OK since I wasn't in a rush.
Couple of weeks later got another email saying there was another delay, and did I want a refund. I said yes, and after a month with no refund I emailed again and they made excuses how busy they were and would be quicker to get a refund from my bank. Paid using PayPal so not sure if I can claim it back, but will try. Avoid this company like the plague, there are numerous other companies that will provide you with any plastic items and not rip you off.

Have used this company before with no issue. New order and told the delivery guy and a falling out, and delivery would be 3 weeks. Then informed supplier issue. Asked for a delivery date or refund. Was not given a date but told if I want a refund d contact bank. ( I have - and soted) here phone lines have been down for months web site now down. Looks like they are out of business:RECOMMENDED NOT TO PLACE ORDER. **update GAP. There delivery agent confirmed the are in financial difficulty.

They were unable to deliver an order placed in April. Two months later they told me they were not going to be able to deliver. I asked for a refund and when I chased the refund over a week later they told me to claim from my bank. Thankfully I paid by PP who refunded immediately.

Little bit concerned. I placed an order online for an order over £700. The delivery was for 3-5 working days. I still have not received the order 3 weeks later. Emails are being ignored and telephones not being answered. Website is also shut down so im thinking this company has gone out of business. PLEASE BEWARE. I will obviously claim back on credit card.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET THE ITEMS AND TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM THEM IS VERY DIFFICULT. I HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK. Please take my advice and order from someone else.

Company owes me £800.00 - no email replies, no website, no tel number.... will be contacting trading standards tomorrow and my bank to sort out a fraud case.

Ordered materials for my mum who is a pensioner , delivery date came and went , excuse after excuse stating waiting for update from stripe now no reply at all since the 3rd of June 2025, my mum is distressed like all the people that this has happened to, I’m so disgusted that this has happened and people now are trying to get their money back, I really hope this gets sorted and people who ordered from them get their money back.
