I ordered a large sheet of Formica and it arrived promptly but Parcelforce had managed to destroy it in the process. I called Plastics Online and they replaced it no questions asked and my new sheet arrived very quickly.
Great service and selection.

First item arrived damaged
First item arrived damaged. Replacement did not arrive on the day it was promised -- in fact, according to the tracking, it was not shipped until the day I was told I would receive it. Am still waiting for it to arrive, so don't know yet whether this one will arrive intact or not.
