I was shopping for bags based on thickness as it seems all of my usual go-tos are getting thinner and thinner. That's how I came across PlasticPlace. Good price. Appropriate thickness for kitchen waste. So far so good!

I've never had an issue ordering in the past. This time, the USPS dropped the ball. When I called, they were more than helpful in resolving the missing deleivery. Normally shipped UPS arrives in 24-48 hours. This is now overdue by 10 days. Michelle was able to locate a replacement for the missing delivery, and is sending it out via Fed Ex. Thank you Plastic Place, and Michelle!

Placed order on April 8. It’s April 20 and looks like it still hasn’t shipped.

I had forgot to use my first time 10% off coupon and you had refunded the 10% within an hour of contacting you! Absolutely awesome! Great company!
