My package never arrived
My package never arrived. The delivery company confirmed its loss by email. I transferred it and informed the seller who refused to reimburse me. Fortunately, I ordered with PayPal, which protects me and will reimburse me. Lamentable after-sales service if there is a problem.

Thank you for your review. The evidence you provided could have been created by anyone, and nothing in your screenshot proves that the message came from the delivery company. We are investigating this on our end, and so far the only record we have is a signed copy allegedly from you confirming receipt of the package.
However, instead of waiting for the investigation to be completed and to come up with some proposal, which would have been most likely in your favour, you immediately opened a PayPal dispute for a refund.
I’m sorry, but we strongly disagree with this approach. We are very customer-oriented and always strive to find friendly solutions, as many of our reviews show. We don't think your way of handling this has been constructive and has not helped resolve the situation amicably. In fact, until yours came in, I am proud to say we had 0 disputes on PayPal, besides years of service and above 25.000 customers served.

We Love PlantScrapers
Nicki, my wife and I are 'Parents' to 33 indoor plants, 28 of which are now thriving in 'Plant Scraper' drinking pots.
These pots are impressive because the plants 'drink' the water they need; you don't need to water them in the traditional sense.
The process works by filling the water vessel, which attaches to the bottom of the pot, containing a 'wick' that allows the plant to absorb water.
And one revelation for me is they drink way more than I ever watered them.
Additionally, one of the significant challenges with indoor house plants is that the plants become pot-bound and the soil and roots compact so tightly that the plants start to die (this is called being 'Pot Bound', the roots literally run out of room to grow).
These pots have holes that aerate the soil, preventing it from compacting, especially when using the soil mix they have created.
The growth and health of the plants, compared to those in regular pots, is incredible.
We had plants that were not doing well, and a few days after putting them in these pots, they started to flourish in ways I had not seen before.
The story behind these pots is also interesting, as they were designed by a couple who were stuck in their house during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since inventing them, they have created a fantastic business in the Czech Republic.
I'm not surprised they get a full 5 stars on TrustPilot; they totally deserve it.

I liked it!
Everything arrived quickly. I like the quality! I didn't expect the pots for cuttings to be so soft and have a seam on the outside at the bottom, which prevents them from standing upright. But that's not a big deal.

I am very impressed with Plantscraper. I ordered the tree fern fiber and it arrived incredibly fast and was packaged with great care. The quality is fantastic and the packaging itself looks great. Considering the generous 8.5L size, the price is really good too. This is a five-star product, and I will definitely be a returning customer!
