Have used them a number of times now because the plants are always of a very high quality, Delivery is fast and just as importantly, always so well packaged. The recipients have always remarked on this and it means peace of mind that my gift will impress

I had a rose sent to me as a gift at Christmas and was delighted by the quality of the plant and the excellent packaging. In the last week I have been thrilled by the appearance of the first buds and am looking forward to flowers in the months ahead.

I use Plants By Post regularly and honestly can’t recommend them enough. The quality of the plants is always exceptional — healthy, well packaged and far better than many other online plant retailers I’ve tried. Every delivery arrives in fantastic condition and it’s clear a lot of care goes into both the plants and the packaging.

The customer service from the team has also been brilliant whenever I’ve had questions, with quick responses and genuinely helpful support. I’ve personally never had any issues with any of my orders, which is why I continue to order from them so often.

Any negative comments I’ve seen must have been very unfortunate experiences because my experience has only ever been positive. Reliable service, beautiful plants and a company I’m always happy to recommend.

Delivery was quick, and it’s clear they really care about the quality of their plants and customer service. My friend was delighted with the milk churn planter!

I bought a last minute mothers day gift and it couldn't have been a smoother experience. The plant arrived beautifully packed and wrapped, on time and my mum said it was the best thing I'd ever bought her! Thank you

Wasnt impressed with my 3 Seasonal Planted Wooden barrels i bought for the wives 50th Birthday,doesnt seem to be a lot of colour in there and one of them has very loose plants in the barrel like they have been thrown in there and not planted at all well.Lets just say they have not blown me away for £160.48 which would have been £179.97 without the first order discount.My fault entirely as I went on what they looked like and didnt pay attention to the poor reviews.From Damon Moffatt.Ps.Just sent an email to the company as you asked!Pss.If you expect your product to look like the photos on there site you will be sorely disappointed,they apparently have 60,000 satisfied customers yet have a Trust Pilot score of 2.5 out of 5,i will leave you to do the maths .👍Psss.Sent a photo to Plants By Post,there reply was oh thats "TERRIBLE" it must have been knocked about in transit,would you like us to send you another one??I said i ordered 3 from you and none of them looked like the ones advertised online,lets leave it at that shall we.🙄 Not heard back from them since,please read the reviews before ordering anything these currently get 2.5 stars out of 5 and my first and last experience from them when it was for my wifes 50th Birthday was awful.From Damon Moffatt.

This company continues to recommend plants like the Peace Lily as pet safe. They are toxic to cats. Please do your own homework on what plants are safe for your pets & do not trust what this company says.

Used to be great, used the a lot over the years. But this Christmas I had a bad experience, orders delivered late. One order returned to them, they have not contacted me, nor refunded me. I've tried contacting them but they are ignoring me. I just wanted the order delivered, was willing to pay to solve, instead they just took my money and ran.

So disappointed with this company. I ordered on the 12/12 and selected delivery on the 23/12 as it was Christmas gift for someone and I wanted the plant to be as fresh as possible. By the 22/12 I hadn’t had any tracking information so I sent a message enquiring about it. I had no reply but I had an email back saying ‘order cancelled’ with no explanation.

Ordered an orchid for my grandmothers birthday and paid extra for gift wrapping and special delivery. Instead, they never even attempted to deliver to her, instead leaving it at the post office in a battered mess. The orchid was ruined with broken leaves and the whole experience was not what I paid for. I contacted Plants by Post straight away who said they’d offer a refund, but despite following up for a month they’ve never gotten back to me. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND and you’d be better off going for a local florist.

Ordered a rubber plant as a thankyou gift for my Son and family. Arrived on selected date, and an apparently lovely plant! A good experience!

Purchased lavender Augustifolia in milk churn. As a gift for my Son for his new home.
Just been delivered. He is delighted. He sent me photos. I am so pleased. The plant & Churn are beautiful. Great delivery able to track. Thankyou so much.

Added me to their mailing list without consent. Seemed unable to explain how this happened and told me "just wanted to assure you that we only use your email for our own marketing and for no other companies." even though I had not given them consent to market to me and this was not why I contacted them. Seems a very basic lack of understanding about privacy and data handling.

Abandoned cart emails may be permitted under GDPR (although 3 in as many days plus a welcome email which seems to have been sent as part of their regular mailing list may come across as a little excessive ) but being added to any other mailing list would not be compliant.

Edit: I never placed an order so never submitted a form with a pre-ticked box for mailing list consent (pre-ticked boxes are not considered consent for mailing lists by the ICO anyway...) I received the 10% off email so this only confirms that you DID sign me up to your mailing list without my consent. But I never signed up myself or submitted my form as I didn't go ahead with my order and am very glad I didn't now if this is the kind of company you are! I'm not sure how you can so consistently miss the point and continue to act as though adding my email to your mailing list without consent was ok. I should never have had to email to be removed because I should never have been added.

Plants arrived this morning for planting out in my baskets and so much better that the ones available in my local garden centre. I ordered these a month ago and gave today as date for delivery! Very well packed and will be using Plants by Post again for sure...

Efficient company who communicated well . The plant churn looked beautiful and it was delivered on time with no damage. Very good value for money too.

Arrived exactly on time and it's just as described, beautiful.

Courier reported that plant was refused at property. Recipient address correct and no delivery was attempted. No response from Plants By Post to emails or live chat. No communication about failed delivery - still got my money. AVOID

Complete absence of customer service
The plant was a gift and was never received although the tracking shows it was. I appreciate this is an issue with the courier, but I have been unable to get in contact with plants by post to get it sorted out. I have tried their contact form and chat function on the website and email with zero response to any

Olive tree delivered to the wrong village even though the address and postcode was correct. The recipient travelled to deliver it to the correct address. I contacted plants by post who dismissed my complaint advising it had been delivered to the correct address. Woeful customer service.
