None of our products are ever "bulked", "mixed" or "cut". In fact, we go to great lengths to ensure that all our products, even our tablets, never have any excipients, binders or fillers.
What the reviewer may be commenting on is the texture or density of our NMN being different to others they have tried. Specifically that it is bulkier, which may refer to the bulk density. Bulk density can vary from lab to lab, and even slightly from batch to batch.
The bulk density of our NMN is relatively low, as seen in the photograph of our measuring spoons on scales about half way down the page here:
https://wiki.plantpills.co.uk/plantpills-launch-nmn-and-resveratrol-powders-in-the-uk/
On the photograph, our 0.5ml spoon measures 125mg of our NMN powder, and the same 0.5ml spoon measures 250mg of our trans-resveratrol powder, double the weight for roughly the same volume.
So our NMN occupies approximately twice the volume that our resveratrol does when the weight is equal.
If one was expecting the density of the powder to be similar to that of resveratrol, the NMN would seem to have more volume than expected. However, it is perfectly normal for our NMN to have this bulk density, and the raw material certainly hasn't been tampered with in any way.
Our NMN is independently verified to be amongst the highest quality in the world.
The NMN in question was from batch TV-AA-01. The third party laboratory certifications for this batch and every batch are published on the site. These are performed to verify that this batch of NMN is incredibly pure, and absent of any dangerous heavy metals or bacteria:

For reference, all of our testing for all of our products can be found here:
https://www.plantpills.com/certifications/
The third party laboratory test report for purity and heavy metals for the TV-AA-01 batch is dated as 13th February 2020, and shows the HPLC Nicotinamide Mononucleotide purity test as 99.4%.
Heavy metals are tested by ICP, and show Lead (Pb) as 0.082 ppm, Arsenic (As) as not detected, Cadmium (Cd) as 0.001 ppm, and Mercury (Hg) as 0.001 ppm.
The Microbial Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for this batch is dated as 6th February 2020, and shows the total plate count (TPC - intended to indicate the level of microorganism in a product) as not detected at a detectable minimum of 10 cfu/gm (colony forming units per gram). Yeast, Mold and Coliforms are also not detected, and E. coli, pseudomonas, Staphylococcus aureus, salmonella and shigella are all confirmed as absent.
To address the other point of our prices being low, we have close working relationships with growers, manufacturers and laboratories, some of whom now exclusively deal with us, and we're UK distributors for two of the largest, oldest and highest quality algae growers in the world.
We are incredibly efficient and deal in significant bulk amounts, enabling us to proudly offer products among the highest quality in the world at very competitive prices.
