I made an order last September, and part of the order was unavailable.
I was told the missing items would be shipped as soon as they became available.
I have emailed numerous times since then, and been ignored. 6 months later the missing items have still not been sent or refunded.

I would not recommend this company, as they may simply ignore you if there is an issue with your order, leaving you without your order and out of pocket.

It was really a great experience to buy a new plant again with Plantlovers. I am a costumer since 2020 and the plants I got from them really became a part of me. The staff are kind and attentive, most especially Katrien.

After several orders with them, this time I was kind of disappointed because I ordered a plant where on the website we can see it was big and has many big leaves, however the one I received was small with not so many leaves.

Customer service told me that it was an old picture/reference, that we are in winter and plants dont grow that fast, which I understand but in that case I would recommend to Plantlovers.eu is to update all the pictures so we receive what we saw and bought.

However, they contacted me via email and we found a solution for the issue. Thanks Plantlovers.eu for your customer service and proud to be part of the family as a plant lover.

When I received the package, I was pleasantly surprised by how well each plant was secured. Everything was packed very carefully, which gave me a great first impression.

The Anthurium, Monstera Variegata, and Philodendron all arrived in excellent condition, with no damaged leaves at all. Even though it’s winter, the plants were healthy and strong when they arrived — no yellowing or wilting.

I especially appreciated the attention to detail. You can tell a lot of care went into the soil mixes and substrates, with different textures and particle sizes suited to each plant’s growth stage. The root systems were also very healthy and well developed.

Overall, this was a really pleasant shopping experience. A thoughtful and careful tropical plant shop — highly recommended.

The delivery went absolutely perfectly – everything arrived super fast and safely. The team was incredibly helpful and kind. I even wanted to pick up a plant myself, and that was no problem at all – such great service!
All the plants arrived in amazing condition: super well protected, healthy, and with strong roots (some even had aerial roots!). My Monstera Snow White is thriving, and the other plants are just as happy. The fertilizer is great, the moss poles are top quality – honestly, everything is perfect.
Couldn’t be happier. Definitely a 10/10 experience – highly recommended!
