I bought this app about a year ago, used it once or twice, and now it keeps getting in a loop telling me it’s ‘getting things ready, preparing your plants, setting up your garden, almost ready, just a moment, getting things ready, preparing your plants, setting up your garden…’, and so on. I wrote all that while it looped and it’s still ‘loading’. Have I been scammed by this site? Paid something for nothing. I gave it one star because I was afraid that if I gave it no star it would look like I forgot to rate it. Worse than useless - a waste of my time

Have sent in my feedback. Thanks to Carla to be able to resolve my problems nicely, even though it takes some time.

The company understood my concerns and took them to heart. Giving a refund and following up as well. Service was good.
