One of the worst customer supports out there I have ever experienced.
I think, this is developed by one unmotivated guy, because when I called their phone, it took 5 minutes until I got a half arsed response from a guy that seemed to be waking up right now with a thick british accent nobody can understand.
Even though I pay a subscription, I am ignored. Based on their subscription packages you can request custom work for more money, but if I request a feature or have an issue with login, I do not get a response, even if just something like "please pay more money, otherwise we don't speak to you".
After my saved login simply stopped working, I get banned through Cloudflare just for trying to find out what is happening.
The website has a chat function, which will never be replied to.
I do not understand why are there phone numbers and chat and email functions if I get ignored anyway.
Just put a noreply email address there and then I know that I don't have to bother.
Two stars just for the fact that it somehow works when I can log in and it looks nice, otherwise zero star for support.
