I appreciate the flexible timings offered by Planetspark and the freedom offered to teachers in selection of the classes according to their convenience without following a fixed schedule and timetable.

The portal is good to use and I am very much happy with the curriculum offered by them. The interface can be a lot better and the price for the courses are also a bit high but overall content provided by them is satisfactory.

Do NOT join PlanetSpark unless you want to deal with unresponsive services, teacher not showing up for class, non-refundable refund policy, poor teacher quality (45 min out of 55min is silent teaching having your kid write on his/her own), teacher watches their phone during class. This is a company run by Indian.

It's a great platform to let our child learn fluent speech, grammar and build confidence. I like the flexibility of the classes. It takes time to get acquainted to their system, but that is well taken care of. Queries adresed very rightfully in less than expected time. Great team of teachers and management..👍🏻

My son has been doing his spoken English classes with Planet spark for past 1.5 years. Kudos to his teacher Chandrika for making him a confident speaker. Before joining planet spark he was struggling to make even a complete sentence. Now he speaks well . Thanks to the entire team.

Good platform for kids to join at early age to get rid of stage fear basically it builds confidence in the kids to speak on any topic given helps to improve the communication skills... The learn class can be extra ordinary only if u are assigned a good teacher.

The only suggestion i have is to arrange the practice classes in a much effective and better way

My daughter has been with plant Spark for a couple of years now. She have taken up the public speaking and creative writing module. She is now in the advanced module. She has been very confident in speaking in front of any number of people and confidently. I appreciate the service and hence I have renewed the service for the second time. I believe soft skills are very important and training them in a professional way is necessary. I am completely satisfied with their service.

The teacher iss good but why the need to discuss about the cultural difference in the profession and making the issue ?
Can you advise your staffs to just focus the work and don't discuss apart from that it makes us to think whether it is necessary like that

The institution is very supportive and the courses are really easy to understand. Bit pricey but the curriculum is worth the price.

PlanetSpark is best platform to learn public speaking skills,it has improved my child confidence and English vocab,the faculty is very good ,focussing on every student progress in the class.

Generally I had a struggle in communicating..Planetspark is a good platform not only for communication but also I got good motivation to enhance my business skills like discussing with my clients and to reach good heights...I came out of my stress completely and became a confident entrepreneur due to this platform..

Especially Planetspark has Extraordinary teachers who conducts the classes based on Student mindset and make them to understand the concepts perfectly as well..

It' a good plateform where you can make you child study and learn soft skills and communication skills.

Little improvement needed for redressal mechanism and classes..

Employees at Planet spark & this organisation is thug of highest order I have ever encountered. Most unprofessional, they force you to enroll your child & same day will ask you to make the payment so that you can’t even think & decide. Once they got enrolment done, then they will all kinds of lame excuses about non availability of teacher, network issues etc. If any organisation is running it’s business online then network is back bone for smooth functioning of that organisation but contrary to this, they will force you for refund in which they will make your life hell by calling &!asking same thing 100 times. They are even ready to give online English class for Rs 10 K & will quote Rs 45K. I paid Rs15K but faced issues 2nd class onwards itself wrt timings of teacher, different teacher, their nonsense AI classes. Such platforms must be banned. Worst experience of my life.

Finally after putting our feedback about planet spark on different platforms, they have refunded the amount. But it's not just about the money, it's also about the trouble they have caused, their pathetic customer care service which was not responding for almost a month. The stress they caused to the parents and also the false hopes they give to every customer. So we are here as an eye opener to save somebody else from falling in their traps. A team full of incompetent teachers who lacks basic etiquettes to talk to a parent, behaving rudely, so what they are going to teach our kids is questionable.

It's a wonderful place and I have learnt number of skills from this platform ( the most important one is " getting familiar with 21st century skills of teaching").I am really grateful to Planetspark for appointing me as Public speaking Expert.

Great initiative by the team planet spark in making the young minds trained by removing their stage fear and making them world ready .

I have been working in Planet Spark as a teacher from past December, my over all experience with Planet Spark is very nice, however Customer Service in respect of issues raised by some of my students/parents has to be developed.

I’m sharing my personal experience with Planet Spark so other parents can be aware before signing up.

The trial classes started off fine, but after the first five sessions, I felt a noticeable drop in the level of attention and effort from the teachers. In my experience, the instructors seemed unmotivated and less engaged as the program went on, which was disappointing.

Another important point for parents to know: after the 5 class trial period, there is no refund policy. This made the situation even more frustrating because once you cross that point, you’re locked into the program whether or not you feel the quality matches what was promised.

Overall, I found the service frustrating and felt that the level of care and commitment declined after the trial. My advice to other parents is to be cautious and make sure you’re fully comfortable before committing.

I have been working here for two years, the learning experience has been incredible. Best thing is flexibility and convenience in working. If your teaching skills are good then your efforts are recognised and if you put more time and energy you can definitely achieve heights!
