I will give my genuine feedback as I was enrolled in planet spark in 2024 and my enrollment has ended now.With planet spark my child has learmed a lot as his communication and speacking skills has significant changes now he is absolutely fluent in speaking English he is in 4th standard now and is very fluent while speaking.The improvement in my child is exceptionally well butbsometimes cosustomer supprort team takes time to respond overall a good platform for enhancing spoken English.

I enrolled my child in PlanetSpark’s program and paid ₹52,212 under Enrollment ID 103211.

Due to dissatisfaction with the service, I requested cancellation. On 13–14 October 2025, PlanetSpark officially confirmed my cancellation in writing and approved a refund of ₹36,498 after my acknowledgment.

However, despite written confirmation, the refund was not processed for several months. After multiple follow-ups, I started receiving emails stating that the refund would not be processed unless I removed my social media review.

I received written communication clearly stating:

“No refund will be processed until the negative reviews posted by you are removed.”

Later, they offered to release 50% of the refund first, but again linked it to removal of reviews and requested assurance that no further reviews would be posted during the refund process.

In my experience, linking a refund (which was already approved in writing) to the removal of a customer review is not acceptable. A refund obligation should not be conditional upon suppression of feedback.

Because of the delay and repeated pressure, I had to escalate the matter to the Department of Consumer Affairs and initiate proceedings through the Consumer Commission portal.

I am sharing this experience so that other parents can:

Keep all written communication

Read refund policies carefully

Ensure cancellation and refund terms are clearly documented

Be cautious about conditional refund agreements

This review reflects my documented personal experience.

I would say this planet spark is a good platform for the kids as they helped my child in speaking and improving the communication skills as now he is more confident in speaking i genuinely saying this as I have experienced it myself he is now more fluent with his age group kods.I joined this in 2025 and there curriculum is good and teachers are exceptionally great honestly as every teacher assigned to me were good need to look at costumer support a bit and rest is good.My enrollment is going to end this month and I would say it's recommended.

I am writing this as a sincere warning to every parent.
Please do NOT enroll your child in PlanetSpark without extremely careful research.
We were promised that EMI could be stopped anytime if we were not satisfied. That assurance turned out to be misleading. Once enrollment was done and payments started, communication changed completely.
❌ Support became unresponsive.
❌ Refund requests were denied.
❌ Concerns were dismissed instead of resolved.
The experience caused unnecessary mental stress and financial pressure for our family.
As parents, we invest in our children with trust and hope. But based on our experience, this platform did not honor the promises made during the counseling session.
My honest advice:
✔️ Do not rely on verbal commitments.
✔️ Get everything in written form.
✔️ Read the refund policy very carefully.
✔️ And most importantly — please reconsider before joining PlanetSpark.
I don’t want any other parent to go through the same frustration we experienced.

My son Ekaksh joined PlanetSpark classes some months before. Experience is like ok ok, not very bad but not very great also. Some classes go nice and he enjoy speaking activities, but some days class timing change suddenly which make problem for us. Few times technical issue also came and class got disturbed, so child lose focus.
Teaching side is fine, teacher explain good and try make kids speak more. I did see little improvement in Ekaksh confidence, he is talking little more in English now than before. But still I feel practice time should be more and sessions should be more properly managed.
Support team reply but not always fast, sometimes we wait. Platform idea is good but execution need improvement. Overall it is average experience till now, not fully satisfied but not fully unhappy also.

Aryan Bhatt manager has reached out several times I can say many many times calling to signup for. And promised to refund any time, incase of cancellation if not liked. I’ve signed up for my two kids and paid amount fully.
One kids took up to 6 classes out of 16 some classes, since I requested for teacher change. Which never scheduled though tried to reach out by calling and messaging Aryan along with previous teacher. He never responded.after few months one teacher tried to reach out, Since I was in India could nt proceed at that time.
And with my second kid who never took any classes except for only one.
Then I requested for refund both the kids left over classes many times from past year by calling and emailing. But they never answered except email reply saying non refundable as per their policies. Though Aryan mentioned that fully refundable anytime of cancellations over the phone, under their policy sheet it’s mentioned as refundable for cancellations for up to 5 classes.
So they didn’t even refund my amount for 2nd kid who took only one class.

We enrolled in PlanetSpark last year when my kid was in grade 5. It not only helped him to improve his speaking skills but strengthen his foundation in grammar. He is in grade 6 now and confidently participates in all school activities.

Good company highly recommended for kids for speaking and communication skills and rest if you want subjective studies than it’s not that good but good for English and pad of your kid.

I have a mixed experience with planetbspark as I enrolled my child keshav in 2025 in December and I wanted to send him to the Tedx for speech but I don't think he is prepared much for that but I can say his communication has a sigbificant change and now he is not fumbling while speaking and becoming fluent thanks planet spark for that.
But there are various issues like LMS glitches sometimes and coustomer support team take longer time as expected and also I had 2 teacher changes while in the course but that didn't effected much as both the teachers were great.So need to fix few issues and rest curriculum is good teaching quality good.I want to convey to the parents that if you want to enroll for enhancing the communication for your child than it's a decent platform to enroll ..

Overall a good platform for kids . My kid’s communication improved a lot after the classes.A few issues in Ai clases and performance class.He is very fluent now has significantly improved
Also special thanks to momita mam she is very kinf and generous also she teaches well .my enrollment is completed now and looking for renewal i request planet spark to reach out again with the offer they agreed.

The teachers are good though they need to work upon the curriculum & fix performance class issues. Rest all is fine.

I feel it is my responsibility to share our experience so other parents can take an informed decision.

We enrolled our child in PlanetSpark after being impressed by their advertisements and promises. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different. Multiple teachers were changed frequently, classes lacked consistency, and there was no proper academic support or monitoring from the company.

When I approached them for a refund due to these issues, I did not receive any clear or satisfactory response. Communication was slow and unresolved.

I strongly suggest parents do thorough research before enrolling. Please check independent reviews on social media platforms like Facebook and other forums to understand the real experiences of customers, not just advertisements.

This post is only to create awareness so that other parents don’t face the same situation.

We were told that during the first ~5 classes (about one month) we can decide whether to continue or cancel.

This assurance strongly influenced our decision to enroll.

After payment, multiple commitments were not fulfilled (curriculum, coordination, support).

Call recordings, parent group, and personal coordinator that were promised were never provided.

The counsellor became unreachable after payment.

When cancellation was requested, it was first assured and then flatly denied.

Support response was rude and dismissive.

Parents are left alone with no clear person to approach.

Politeness and promises exist only until payment is made.

After that, it becomes silence, delays, and denial.

⚠️ Please don’t rely on verbal promises.
Get everything in writing.
Avoid EMIs without a clear, written exit policy.
If you feel urgency pressure — pause immediately 🚩

I believe this is one of the biggest scams I have personally faced in online education.

My details are already with you guys. Just replying to the message and proving that you are right at your end can't help.
Instead you guys should take action.

But after the payment and since the time I asked him to cancel he stopped responding and picking up the phone.
He also mentioned that recordings will also be available for every classes. But till now I don't see any recordings. This issue was already raised but no solution given.
There teachers also say they don't know how to record as till now no-one asked for the recordings.

Don't know what to do...

Parents please be aware before signing up these types of programs thinking that this is for your child's future. Remember on the name of education lot of scams are running these days with heavy fee.

Our experience with PlanetSpark has been extremely disappointing. The quality of instruction is poor, unstructured, and completely misaligned with what is promised during enrollment.
A live class was conducted while the teacher was driving and juggling personal responsibilities, resulting in a noisy, chaotic session. This reflects serious lack of professionalism and oversight.
Despite charging varying fee amounts to different customers, there is no consistency or quality control.
Most concerning is that the refund assurance is misleading. Once concerns are raised, refund requests are denied using technicalities.
⚠️ Strong advice to parents: record all classes and enrollment discussions and the best thing is just refrain yourself from this very platform .

I enrolled my 5-year-old daughter in PlanetSpark for communication skills based on their assurance that the curriculum would be age-appropriate. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept.

The curriculum provided was not suitable for a 5-year-old child. I repeatedly informed them that my daughter was facing difficulty with the classes and requested a change in curriculum. No proper action was taken, despite multiple follow-ups and tickets.

Whenever I raised an issue, I only received calls with false assurances like “we will update you”, but no real solution or update was ever given.

Now, when I asked to discontinue the service and request a refund, they are refusing and saying that after attending 5 classes, discontinuation is not allowed. This condition was never disclosed at the time of enrolment. Had this been informed earlier, I would not have enrolled at all.

Fees were taken through a loan arrangement, and EMIs are being deducted even though the promised service was not delivered. This is highly unprofessional and misleading.

I am extremely disappointed with PlanetSpark’s lack of transparency, poor grievance handling, and unfair policies. I would not recommend this platform to parents of young children.

My child has been learning with PlanetSpark for a few months and the experience is good overall. I specially want to thank Prastuti Konwar ma’am for her support and teaching style. She is very patient and knows how to handle kids in a friendly way. My child feels comfortable in her class and is now more confident in speaking English.

Parents please don't join your kids in Planetspark for any courses.we have enrolled our our kid in this and got trapped. While the councelling session they are sweet and said many word that you can can your classes anytime and EMI also you can stop with no questions asked. After asking them them refund they will not respond . Still waiting for the reply from them. Putting our hard earned money here and unfortunately saw many parents were cheated as such.
We have paid 7850/- at time of enrollment and now we are paying through EMI and unable to cancel them.
