They cancelled my membership successfully

Audit was accurate to count the days of refund to ask me questions still the refund is not process. Can you please process outstanding refund. This is unacceptable.

I had a very bad experience with PlanetPets.club.

They advertise attractive offers on social media, but when you try to purchase, you are redirected into a subscription payment without clear and transparent information.

After being charged, I requested a refund and cancellation, but they refused to process it properly. Instead, they continued attempting to charge my account again.

What is more concerning is that they asked me to leave a positive review on Trustpilot in exchange for a refund, which is not ethical and raises serious concerns about their business practices.

I strongly advise others to be careful before making any payment on this website. Always read the terms carefully and monitor your bank transactions.

Planet pets club are continually trying to get me to change my review on trustpilot, to lie about their behaviour and say I had a good experience with them. They signed me up to a subscription for their service somehow without me knowing. I do not even have a pet. I was trying to buy a bicycle pump on instagram and somehow this signed me up to their service. Then they say they apologise if i had a misunderstanding about their service. I never even signed up to their service!

Try to use other forms of communicating with clients apart from emails and explain to customers various deduction that will happen when you sign up. I never received what I ordered for on two occasions and did not receive refund when I cancelled my orders and also was deducted extra Ghs 265 from my atm without my authorisation Mr Jeremy.
