We've looked into your order and can confirm that the voucher code was valid. The offer needed to be redeemed against a specific ticket type on the Twinlakes booking page, and unfortunately it appears this wasn't selected during the booking process.

We did reply to your original enquiry within an hour of receipt on 16th July with confirmation that your children would still be able to enter the park, but we appreciate that this response may not have been seen. Once you got back in touch to let us know that you wished to cancel your voucher, we immediately began arranging the cancellation of your voucher with the venue and have processed your refund request.
We're sorry for any frustration this caused, please do check your junk mail as our correspondence may have been missed. Your refund was completed at 9am yesterday, so should be with you in 3-5 working days.

So far so good! Not had chance to use the tickets yet but can’t fault the customer services. Bought 4 tickets instead of 2 in error and contacted them to request a refund…sorted promptly with no issue and just waiting for monies to land in my account. Excellent customer service thank you Carrie!
