Ordered and item which I didn't recieve

I ordered an item and recieved no order confirmation or receipt. After waiting a few days I contacted them.

Two days later I recieved a link to track my package which showed nothing. After 2 weeks of waiting with no update I recieved an email with no contact, just an invoice with minus figures against the order cost. I emailed again to ask what was going on and they replied 2 days later with an email literally just saying 'we see you have been refunded' no reason and more to the point no money has been refunded!

Stay well away from this joke of a company. They are as dodgy as they come and an utter waste of time!

Do not order from this website, or Swiss version. This is a scam. You won’t receive your order or your money back.

Scam! Avoid at any cost!

Rogue company, scam, I've never received my parcel and am still fighting to get my money back. They're not helping, and it looks like they're hoping I will give up on trying to get my money back. Absolute scam, make to avoid at any cost! I will not back up! I want my money back!
