Horrific customer service.

Horrific.
Zero customer service.

Got a problem - it wont be resolved as they are unreachable unless you're happy speaking to a bot that can't help either.

No data or phone signal for over a week.
Tried live chat, calling and email. No human response or issue rectifying.

Have screen recordings of all attempted contacts on live and numerous phone calls that end in the line becoming dead.

Huge negative impact on my business.

Do not deal with this company

Do not deal with this company, i have had to raise a complaint against them with the telecommunications ombudsman for unfair market practices, unlawful penalty charges and serious breach of my data. They tried to levy £17000 from my bank account in April and I have had to complain to the ICO.iHAVE HAD TO COMMENCE PROCEEDINGS. Stay away from this company.

Absolutely crap

Plan com offer the greatest service to get you to sign up and then it completely drops off once your committed.
I have requested assistance with a faulty handset with substandard service several times before resorting to leaving a review but being a business customer it’s simply unacceptable.
The several times I have been through this with them, is expensive time spent the first occasion being, unsatisfied, within the first 48hrs of renewing foolishly.
