I don't recommend purchasing from them. They sent me the wrong item and wanted to argue that it was the correct item and not accept the return back to see for themselves.

You have learned me to never question a customer’s claim, so I want to sincerely thank you for that.
It was just hard for the inexperienced me, when your pictures clearly showed a 30x40 cm frame, which you ordered, but claimed to be 12x15 cm… 12x15 inches happens to be 30x40 cm 🙄 Your ruler even said 12x15” and the width of the wood in relation to the size of the frame speaks for itself.
Well, here I am arguing again 😒 but I need to get the facts on the table, when you make this claim in public. But at the end of it all you received a different product than the one you expected, so it’s fair that you made your chargeback and got your full refund. I should just have refunded you order right away, and I sincerely apologize for waisting your time with all this. Hopefully you can put your free frame to some kind of use.
