Very very good after sales customer service support from the team. Unbelievable that plain J team are willing to listen to our problem. Even though it’s suppose to be a feedback but plain J team Listen and actually offered us a solution n replaced the earrings. It’s really lovely n unexpected for us. Thank you so so much and we definitely love to be a returning customers to such a lovely brand.

I had an issue with a necklace I purchased as the clasp came apart after about a month. I reached out to customer service and they responded promptly and professionally. They acknowledged the issue and arranged a replacement free of charge without much hassle.

While the initial quality was a bit disappointing, I appreciate how efficiently and fairly they handled the situation. Overall, a positive customer service experience.

Poor quality, poor packaging.
Items were expensive so I am assuming it is with great quality.
Items were inside a plastic and pouch, the earrings were so light as if they were made in plastics.

The earring back/clutch were plastics!

I had a wonderful experience with both the product and the customer support team. Although I had a small issue with one of my Mathilde Pearl Earrings after the first wear, the team handled everything with so much kindness and care. They were extremely reassuring, understanding and resolved the issue speedily (even though it was during the Christmas and New Year season).

The earrings themselves are beautifully made and feel really special to wear. Things sometimes go wrong, but the way a brand responds makes all the difference, and in this case, they truly went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations.

Love the intricate design of their earrings. Makes an excellent choice for gifting. They helped to expedite my orders after knowing that I will be traveling and will not be in time to gift it away. Thank you!

Hannah was super helpful, and I’d say the after sales service is top notch. I lost part of my earring after 1 wear and I had emailed them asking if they sold replacement. They kindly helped to arrange for a replacement at a small cost. Thank goodness my earring isn’t to waste now!

The gold stud is so tiny and I have dropped and lost it while taking it off. The design just didn’t work - the gold stud can be bigger so it can be properly gripped. I have lost the stud within 2 weeks of wearing and there is no way I can wear it again since the stud is lost so I wasted my money. It’s my first purchase from Plain J and I am extremely disappointed with the very poor design and lack of attention to usage details.

Fast shipping and products were exactly how they are shown on photos. Durable products, comfortable to wear. Love how elegant the earrings look. I have sensitive skin and have been wearing various earrings from Plain.J and so far, I do not have any allergic reactions. Will purchase again!

If only I read the review here. Quality doesn’t warrant the kind of price point.
What you see in the picture is not what you get. The alignment is off. The earring does not sit nicely on your ear lobe.
Disappointed. Please work on your packaging and quality !

The quality is extremely poor. Despite costing $80, these earrings feel more like they’re worth $8. The gold color appears to be peeling off.

Repeated purchase. High quality and indeed doesn’t tarnish. People speak so much sustainability and this is sustainability at heart.

Ordered earrings. Sizing issue. Emailed them asking about refund process. They replied almost immediately on the email process but after I shipped back my items they ghosted on me.

It is a scam. Please do not buy from the website. I placed and order the tracking number i got doesnt exist and requested a refund but no answer back.

Same with the others. Purchased an earring but it was damaged on arrival. Have emailed twice but no response at all! Avoid buying from them, don’t trust anything they say on their ads.

I wore a pair of earrings once and one earring went all tarnished and a part of the gold rubbed off to show silver. I love them but they are not wearable now...after one wear.

Purchased Anna Ear Jacket Studs and they fell apart within 3 weeks. I have emailed the company twice with photos of the now unwearable earrings and they haven't got back to me.
