**Place to Chat Review**

I created a profile on Place to Chat using an old photo of **nothing but trees**—I hadn’t even uploaded my own photo yet. Within seconds, I was bombarded with **three separate messages containing very graphic sexual content** from women with highly polished, modeling-style profile photos, saying how much they love my profile!

I deleted my account within five minutes. I honestly cannot understand how anyone could give this site ANY Stars, let alone five.

If you're considering joining, I would strongly recommend looking into the reviews and activity on this site very carefully before signing up.

I'm posting this simply as a warning to other consumers.

I found it easy to contact Women who attracted me. When contacted directly, they responded. Great chats. All say age doesnt matter. I don't believe it !!!

I developed a relationship with successive girls over time, and as one dropped away I just went back to search and chat. I was always monogamous. They said they were too. Who knows?

It is a very expensive site, and easy to spend too much money. Some changes have been made, but still very expensive. I would have thought that having reached a threshold, the cost should drop DRAMATICALLY.

I successively developed a relationship with about four women over about 18 months - in succession as each dropped away. One only at a time

They never gave any details other than their ID name, and none would even give the region in which they lived. Never a surname nor work location. They all said this was for security, and that authorities were waiting to pounce on them. Maybe. Maybe just privacy. Their right I guess, but if a relationship was as important as some implied, then this secrecy is unwarranted.

There seem to be two categories of women - real people, who are only online at limited legitimate times, and are flirty mostly. The other is online ALL the time and respond ALL the time, and are very like bots. They are overtly very sexual, even in a first conversation and send revealing photos in the first five minutes. Deceptive BOTS, always asking questions to get you to spend money. Pick them and block. The photos they tried to send however were never able to be associated with the person concerned or idenitifiable as the same person.

There came a time, with the genuine ones, to meet up. Arrrangements were made, and then at last day notice, pulled out. One could have met me, but suddenly had to go back to Ukraine for whatever reason. A second suddenly developed serious illness and had to go to hospital - when I sent her flowers, she was unknown where she said she would be. A third lived in London (she said) and all of a sudden had to go back to Ukraine for 2w to deal with family legal business. After 2y she is still there (she says). And finally one had to work all weekend (employer ordered ????) on the weekend I was in her city. Another declined to make arrangements - she said the war made things too uncertain; she was too stressed out to know her own mind (after six months meaningful non-sexual chatting with much love) and that she couldn't make a promise she couldn't probably keep. Maybe, but I am left paying bills and waiting if I have the mind to do this.

Join the site if you want nice chat relationships, are prepared to spend money, and don't believe you will ever meet, despite promises.

The chats are nice and friendly. Block the bots. Learn to pick them. Sadly I wanted to go back and re-talk to some I had blocked, but there was no possible way.

Resign yourself to chatting only and spending money. If it is worth that to you, OK. If not, don't start.

I have been using this app for 4 months. And I have spent over$2000 dollars talking to a gentleman that says he has fallen in love with me and I with him. We have reached our 5000 credit goal to exchange personal information, and he will not exchange yet. Im going to have to leave the app because i can no longer afford to keep talking with him. I came on this site to find my soulmate which they ask you when you begin using this site what your looking for. My heart has been broken again. I think they are not being honest about making a wonderful connection. I have found my soulmate, but he will not move to the next level. Im very disappointed. Im going to buy a large amount of credits in a week or less and if he still will not exchange info im leaving this app. Its a horrible thing to play with people's hearts and emotions.
