Don't buy plates from this company my Gel started coming off my plate kept on messaging didn't reply then blocked me Instagram, s**t company

As per all the others, these are nothing more than a set of Incompetent cowboys. I order my plates and when they arrived 3 weeks late, they placed two of the letters the wrong way round. I emailed them a screen shot of my order and an image of what they sent me for proof. After constant pestering I got a reply saying “the plates are right” whoever makes them up must have dyslexia. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. For note...If you paid with a visa debit contact your bank and raise a charge back investigation, that’s what I did and you will get your money back.

I would literally give zero stars if I could. These scruffy folk think it's acceptable to rob people by selling horrible made plates. I had them on the car 2 weeks and they started to peel. I've messaged them countless times to see if they would so something about it. Never once replied! Deltaplates are also apart of their umbrella dodgey plate brand the looks of things so, I'd avoid these aswell.

If you read this I would like my money back please you thieves! 😤

At first I thought, wow great company, easy to order with a good selection of plate customisation. However had the plates on my car a few months, also considering the car wasn’t moved much during COVID lockdown and I’ve noticed the letting is peeling from the plate and won’t stick down. I’ve tried to contact to resolve by social media and email as per their instructions on their website and messages get read but unanswered and ignored. If you post on their page for contact, these posts are deleted! Very disappointing and I expect digging themselves a grave once word of mouth gets around.

Pl8 LAB DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute Cowboys! I ordered some plates only to then hear on forums that PL8 LAB make terrible quality/ faulty plates. I messaged them soon after the order on all there social media platforms and email address to cancel. Pretty suspect that they don’t have a contact number or anywhere to leave reviews! I should of seen this as a sign of things to come.

I continued messaging them via all of the ways I could contact them. They had read all my messages but not replied! Rude!!!

Fast forward 2 weeks of no replies or plates from them, I get a tracking email for the plates I cancelled 2 weeks earlier which they read and clearly ignored! I messaged them to say I didn’t want them and now I have to pay to post them back at my cost!!

They finally messaged bluntly saying send them back and we will refund.

They have had the plates now over 3 weeks and no refund!!!

I’m glad I purchased via my credit card!

Absolute money grabbers! Rude and clearly don’t care for a reputation.

Seems like all there customers have pretty much the same experience.
My Plates looked great for 6-7 weeks then letters start peeling tried gluing it back on once you try to contact them you just get completely ignored and even blocked

Reading the other 6 reviews I can now see I am not the only one, I couldnt believe after purchasing for £46.99 the gel letters were peeling off and I was having to stick back on with super glue. It didnt just happen to me but also my sister, She has a big following on instagram so decided to post it on there and pl8 lab literally replied with a ❤ to the post. Just total disrespect to customers. Absolute joke of a company pl8 lab

All looked good when i received them, small scuff on a letter, didn't bother me too much. Fitted them on the car and they looked good, Roll forward 1 week and the letters on the rear plate were lifting away. Contacted them immediately (plus sent photo's) and waited a few days, no reply, mailed again, waited another few days, NO REPLY. Now posted pictures online showing the poor quality! A terrible way to run a business, at least have the decency to reply to customer complaints/issues. I would not recomend PL8_LAB to anyone, avoid!

Awful customer service. Digits fallen off plate within a month of use. Contacted on multiple platforms, messages have been seen but ignored. I wanted a simple resolution and can't seem to get that. Products have terrible quality and the company is just out to get your money for low quality.

Well happy with the plates for a few weeks, and by week 7 two letters are hanging off.....tried to contact them they read the message didn’t response and carried on putting up posts On there page so I commented there...still no response now they have removed them comment and blocked me...all I first wanted was the plates replaced....now I want a refund.

Plates arrived damaged at 65.99 cost and guess what they not answering my request to repair this situation I also have another order which I have emailed on numerous occasions and asked to either discount or send another they just wont come back to as cant drill and put on car incase they do so now I will have to open a case with paypal and demand a refund and send both plates back to them and buy else where all because they are ignoring this problem my advise stay away from this company dont buy from them. Contacted about 5 or 6 times more and total blank warning folks dont buy from this scum robbing people taking money and produce damaged good and when challenged dont reply one way of making a living but their luck will run out as scum thief's. Donot buy this company are scum as another person suffered same total scum no other words for them would love to say more but trustpulot not print but please get in touch as I would like to chat scum.
