The quality service was proactive and asked about our experience with a newly bought bike (six month after the purchase). We are happy with the bike, however mentioned, that we had already two flat tires and we are a bit confused, why that happened so often.
Most companies would response, that a flat tire is not covered by any guarantee, however the ENGWEE service team reacted in an impressive fast and friendly way and send us for free a new tire set. I consider that excellent service.

As I contacted Engwe they responded quite quickly which was surprising
After that things went smoothly from both side
It was my first time with Engwe
Physically at the shop and buying online from Engwe my experience was not so good but I feel like online is way better than physically at the shop
I think Engwe should teach them ( at the shop ) how to behave with customers
I would prefer online for sure

I had an issue with engwe t-14. And had to buy some additional parts to resolve it.
I mentioned this and the customer sevice team reached out to me first. In an attemot to resolve the issue or and compensate me.
I was very surprised and happy. This build great trust in the company and i will be sure to continue to buy engwe products in the future.

Love my new Engwe L20 3.0 boost!
Especially the boost button is so much fun and works wonders when the traffic light switches from red to green! Really enjoy riding my new bike and can only recommend this brand. I am riding it with the BMX handle bar which makes it even more fun! Also customer care service was very professional and helpful. You cannot go wrong with this bike- the engine is super powerful and the battery very long lasting and super quick to charge!

i ordered my engwe X24 on april 2024.
First of all , this brand has the best customers service at all and of all time .
i Ordred an ENGWE X24, a powerful engine , a stable bike and it was a blast . i used it on my daily activities , work , groceries and biking on weekends . i had a helmet so i wear it for safety purpose . and engwe provided me with gifts like a cycling vest and a capthat i wear as well .
For the engine , it was far beyond my expectation , and one must be careful while driving , but the brakes and the suspension are awesome . i climbed hills on dry or wet weather .
keep in mind to wipe off the dirt and water if you drive like me under the rain .
I live in paris and since i got the bike i had zero issues for 8000 Km. i do a quick check every three months for maintenance . i had a little issue with my engine and even while exceeding my guarantee with two days , the team offered me a replacement engine and also mudguards . no i cant imagine myself driving something else than an engwe bike .
so if you guys are looking for a good and long lasting bike , go for engwe bikes !
