My stakes were cut on football after a few wins. They claim risk management but only winners get restricted. Cowardly. I have been a profitable bettor for years and know when a bookmaker is afraid of winners. This site only wants mugs who lose every week.

Account suspended for asking about withdrawal
I asked why my withdrawal was delayed and they suspended my account for verification. Felt like punishment for asking questions. The verification took two weeks and during that time I could not access my balance. When they finally unlocked it my withdrawal was still delayed. Worst customer treatment I have experienced.

Every time I try to place a live bet the odds freeze for ten seconds. By the time they unlock the value is gone. This happens on every major event and makes inplay betting impossible. I have missed so many good opportunities because of this glitch. Other sites do not have this problem.
