brought new cb radio from pj box..he sent me a used radio with scratches /dents and tried to cover it up with black marker pen.wish id read trustpilot b4 purchase .

You will notice a few good reviews and a few terrible ones on here. As someone who has had the misfortune of dealing with the company and the owner may I point out that the terrible reviews refer to anyone whose experience hasn’t gone as expected and then have had to deal with the complete clown who runs this place. Rude, ignorant and an aire of superiority thet i somehow think wouldn't fit the man if we were to meet in person. Give yourself an early Xmas present and go with a properly ran company just incase you need any support down the line.

Alternatively just get an old broken radio off EBay as that is the same experience - like getting a radio with a busted mic; they’re loud and clear until you pay up, then suddenly it’s radio silence.

Don’t be a mug like me and ignore the bad reviews, there are more bad reviews than mine.

Cue the sarcastic follow up from the owner but honestly I won’t be coming back here to read it, you have wasted enough of my time. Legitimate businesses for me from now on.

Well, absolutely fantastic service and support from Roy.
I bought a President Lincoln 2+ 4 week's ago and got a antenna from another company. I was getting nothing but sky high SWR and contacted Roy for advice.
I followed Roy's advice and found out it was the antenna so I followed Roy's advice and got a Antron99. Wowww, I couldn't be happier the SWR is 1.1 and Rx and TX is astronomical.
Will definitely be coming back for any other equipment I need.

The service I've received from PJbox has been nothing but outstanding. I've got a CRT6900NV6 and Alinco DX-10 which use the same style of 3 pin DC cable. My original cables were beginning to fail so I decided to order replacements fitted with cig plugs. The cables were delivered today and are working absolutely fine with both radios so I couldn't be happier.

Excellent transceiver all programmed and arrived the next day.

Got lots of cb bits of them all ways been 100%

I bought 2 X swr metres from Royston Linden Jones from PJBOX /nocando01
Deal went sour due him mis pricing the items. Ended in him threatening me with renta thugs being sent by him to my son's house. Not a pleasant person at happy to provide proof.

Bought off nocando01 on ebay. disgusting service, have no idea how to communicate with buyers without abuse, threats and insults.
this guy really needs to give up being a seller and stick to something he's good at.

Ordered a CRT Micron dual band radio ordered Tuesday at 11am got it 9.30 Wednesday first class service good price i will be coming back for more deals five star plus Michael Keith Davis

Couldn't ask for better service, I was told order by 12, for next day service, I was late and ordered late afternoon, and received the radio by 9.30am the next morning,
I had an issue with some small marks on the case, I emailed and within 20mins I was emailed back,and offered to return the radio and he would sort it out, again brilliant service, I decided to live with the small marks and keep the radio, I cannot say anything bad about this company, only have positive feedback for PJB, will definitely use again 5 STAR SERVICE FROM THE START TILL THE END*****

Spot on service from Roy.....this is the second radio I've bought all went smoothly.
I had a issue with a gadget a few years ago as I couldn't get a happy medium with it and I contacted Roy he said send it back with all the packaging which I did and he refunded me straightaway.
I'd recommend pjbox and nocando on flea bay everytime.

I bought a radio from these quite a long time ago it was all messed up not working correct tried saying it was all ok etc and when i said i wanted to return for replacement he got really nasty slagging me off real vile i actually reported him to midland and sent his emails to them this was his supplier i got better response from them with there main man saying the way he was carrying on was childish etc and they was going to stop dealing with him i still have his emails he trades in other places as nocando, just buy else where even iof a few quid more if anything goes wrong you will be thankful.

Received my radio from Roy yesterday pre programmed & I'm very impressed with Pjbox this is the 3rd radio I've brought from them

I had a New CRT dual band tranceiver, that just did not have any power. I had to wait a few weeks owing to additional international demands recently. Roy sent a brand new replacement, works to the full 25 watts no problem. Asked for a cheap CB for one of the family, offered a return from a customer who could not programme it. I found it works no problem. I have also had other tranceivers plus many smaller items no problem.
