My son had his first shoot for an educational book company. Both the agency and client were fantastic, great communication throughout the booking and my son thoroughly enjoyed the shoot. We look forward to more opportunities in the future. Thanks very much!

We had a large project requiring multiple models. Jason and Amanda were super helpful in the casting process - efficient, responsive, and lovely - and all the children who attended our shoot were polite, confident, outgoing, and absolutely brilliant on set. Thank you so much!

We have only recently signed up to Pixie Models, and our son was chosen for a very well know brand within weeks. The communication has been very good from the confirmation of selection to the day of the shoot. Our son loved the experience of being in a commercial and was very well looked after, he can’t wait for the next opportunity!

My daughter just got her first US TV Commercial from Pixie Models and we can’t thank them enough. The agency goes above and beyond for the children, they are always professional, responsive and kind. We are super happy to be signed with such an amazing agency. We have lots of submissions and auditions and my daughter has had a fair amount of work from them. Amanda and Jason and the rest of the team are super!!

Great agency to work with. They have excellent communication and also very professional and helpful.

I think it's a scam, they make money out of us paying a yearly fee , no work provided, the same email all the time you dont have to do anything we will submit on your behalf, I wouldn't recommend it .

I never usually write reviews however I need to express my concerns with this agency. My son signed with them in November 2020 and I've had nothing from them all year, however 'coincidently' the month his subscription is expiring I am contacted for 2 jobs within 2 weeks of each other.

Now I am not one of those mums who thinks her child is the best out there and should be contacted for all jobs or even a set amount. However, to have nothing in 12 months and then 2 x jobs when he's subscription is due to expire, just doesn't sit right with me. Neither of which have come to fruition, may I add.

He's been signed to another agency now, so I will see how he goes there and this will then confirm my thoughts on Pixie.

Just be wary, its easy for us mums & dads to get caught up in excitement when our child is selected to be on books, however sadly I don't feel the selection here is truthful.

My son has not been signed long I've got two on there books, but my youngest is in and very competitive age range I've looked on how many children they have at this age group and its a lot.
But have recently done a commercial with my eldest and he apologise love it. Everything was so professional. The production crew where amazing too. Would love to work with them again! Hopefully we will continue to be successful in such a competitive market.

Unfortunately I would have to agree that the charging of an annual rate with no advice re photos or profile or how to improve chance of being picked up seems suspect and extremely unhelpful to say the least. Money for nothing for them! No jobs and proof put forward for them.

We were never offered a free headshot. I repeatedly asked for advice on the photos held on the profile but did not receive this.

My son has been signed to pixiemodels since February 2020 and recently was successful securing a commercial. Jason the agent was so good, great communication, and always worked ahead of plan to ensure everything ran smoothly. My son had a fantastic day at the shoot and Jason contacted us after giving us positive feedback from the directors. Great experience overall.

Absolutely disgusting Customer service. We have paid the full year in advance and didn’t get anything so we started asking question about those job submission they claim they have submitted ( I have asked if there is a way to see if they have actually submitted my son for a job proposal or not) and instead of answering to my questions they have blocked me on FB messenger. Also I don’t understand why they don’t turn on their reviews in fb page so that users can share their experience. I believe they are dodgy otherwise it would have been easy for them to show proof of job submission and even of our son didn’t get any job at leat we would know we did not waste money and they are doing their job. I find it very hard to believe they have submitted him always and he didn’t even been called for a trial...

Can’t rate Pixie Models enough, they are really easy to work with and have found my son some really fun and well paid jobs.
