This company rips customers off

This company rips customers off. I paid for a yearly subscription at $60 A. The app wouldn't load and kept telling me to check my internet connection which was fine. I tried to get a refund immediate couldn't do it. Tried to write a review and it started to let me do that but when you put nick name (which is compulsory) it tells you that name is already taken . No matter what you type that nickname is already taken even random letters and numbers. Don't fall for it.

Hoax! Charges you immediately and tells you it is a trial in app-store. Stay away!!
