Misleading Promises and Poor Product Quality


I made the mistake of ordering a grow setup based on what seemed like solid specs and fast shipping claims. Reality couldn’t have been more different. My order sat in limbo for days with no updates, and when it finally arrived, it was missing key components. What did show up looked like it had been roughly handled—parts were scuffed, packaging was torn, and the tent material had visible damage.

To make matters worse, the fan stopped working within a short time of setup. I tried contacting support multiple times and got vague replies at best, with no real resolution. They promote warranties and quick assistance, but in practice, they’re unresponsive and clearly overwhelmed or just don’t care.

This entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone serious about their gear. Spend your money somewhere that actually values customers and quality.

Highly recommend

Excellent customer service. Sent me extra stuff on a big order because it was back stocked. Pretty quick delivery. Mention you want subtle packaging because box is not subtle- that was my only comment but otherwise great. Product is top quality and very easy to put together.

Meh.

They don't stock their products. $600 for $300 in hrow equipment, and they couldn't even ship it out within 3 days... Who knows where the product was.

I asked for the growers guide(PDF format) since it didn’t come with the tent package and it was sent via email in a timely manner. Thanks for the help.
