Totally frustrating
I ordered a pair of shoes with free delivery, and option of returning without cost but the cut the delivery cost from my money when the shoe size were not suitable, , ordered again the correct size which they never arrived and they canceled the order because of carrier mistake, i am so disappointed by online shopping at pittarosso

As our customer care already explained to you, with respect to your first order: you exercised RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (wrong size ordered), as indicated on our website and in the return form you filled out, the return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Regarding the order not received: unfortunately it returned as sealed as the courier failed to deliver. We have issued an immediate refund of the order and we have sent you a communication by email where we indicated the operation carried out. We remain at your disposal.
