Excellent staff and service, brilliantly located box and the steam train is a lovely way to start and finish the day

From start to finish, a brilliant experience; top drawer all round. Exceptional food and drink throughout, helpful and attentive staff - couldn't ask for more. Quite simply: all round excellence. Would highly recommend, to anyone and everyone. In fact, have already done so.

Party of 5 with 3 boys under 15. First time at the darts for most of the group.

Couldn’t have been a better experience for everyone. Great food and the setup in the hospitality area at Alexandra Palace was fantastic.

It was a great time. The pre-event meal and speakers was very good.
The atmosphere at Ally Pally is wonderful no matter where you are sitting.
My only constructive criticisms is the mid event snacks could be significantly improved and the VIP Lounge Toilets should be heated. They are colder than the main toilets everyone can use.

The darts experience was great from start to finish . Speaking to Stuart he advised what the best package for us would be so we booked the silver package. The communication from booking to the night of the darts was great kept informed about everything. The night of the darts itself the organisation was superb from picking tickets up through to the vip lounge great food great atmosphere great drink and special mention to Arthur the table service was superb. On to the darts itself great seats great night would definitely recommend everyone to try and experience the darts this way absolutely amazing

From the time you walk though the door the service is of the highest standard.The food is of quality you work get in a top restaurants.And the cocktails are of a very high standard. All this even before you get to the darts where the drinks are brought to your table with more nibbles in the brake. One of the best days out of the year. Thank you Pitch.

Booking process easy from start to finish. Charlie was excellent with his correspondence and confirmations/help along the way. Our group of 12 had the most fantastic evening from start to finish - great experience!

What a fantastic experience we had at the New Years Day morning session in 2025. We were looked after very well in the 501 club by the Pitch team who were professional, courteous and very attentive. The food was excellent, with a great range of drinks on offer. We have made sure to book for 2026 and can't wait for it! I'd highly recommend the experience that allows you to get up close and personal with the darts...with a touch of class!

Another fantastic night at the darts. Stuart was amazing with arranging our tickets again 2nd time going and being able to deal with the same person is always helpful and feels personal. The night as whole was fantastic and a great atmosphere having been twice now we had something to compare. The only thing that I could comment would be the food sadly wasn’t at the standard we experienced the first time but that’s the only thing I can say on the matter. Over all a great night superb experience and will definitely use again!!

Excellent booking process with regular contact prior to the event. On the day staff were superb nothing was too much trouble and the corporate area with meal and drinks proved an excellent warm up to the main event…see you next year 👍
