Wouldn't use the service, very poor communication. After confirming that we would like to book their offer I didn't hear anything back for two days. Calling them, I was told they would see if it's still available and get back to me. Fast forward another two days and I check the status of my order just to see it has been denied. No mail, no call, nothing.
Now it's pretty last minute for me to find an alternative.

Our guide Nishant made the weekend great, always available on the phone and very patient. We wouldn't have been able to get around without him!! Top guy!

We booked some activities for the Bachelor Party weekend in Budapest. Everything got a plan, Everything Happend on time and we had a nice Trip! The Hostel Wasnt the Best Place to be, But maybe we we‘re unlucky there. Csaba was a Great Guide and we had a lot of fun together!

We had an amazing trip with our group and got to experience the beauty of Prag and had some very nice and exciting activities. Thanks to our tour guide cavit, the Organisation was super easy. He did an amazing Job and we had a weekend no one of us will forget. We can highly recommend :)

Our day was well planned and without Emily we would probably be lost in Pilsen. Tour guide with absolute heart and soul for the people and city. Would take her as guide any time I come to Pilsen. Every wish the group demanded was taken care of. Even taking care of our friend with broken foot was awesome.

Our trip to Pilsen: Highly recommended! Our interactions with the support and organizing teams were fantastic; every single question was answered—and in record time, too. All the activities were exactly as described. The venue chosen for our meal was incredibly laid-back, and the food was genuinely good—plus, it was very reasonably priced for the quality. The rest of the menu was great as well. Our guide, Emily, deserves 10 out of 5 stars! She was super friendly and went out of her way to accommodate all our requests. She knew the city like the back of her hand and hand-picked the perfect venues for us. Unfortunately, I suffered a nasty injury during paintball and couldn't walk anymore. Luckily, we had brought a pull-along wagon with us, so I was still able to join in on the fun. Emily didn't hesitate to pitch in; she helped me navigate stairs and—it felt like—pulled me all the way across Pilsen without a single complaint, even though she certainly wasn't obligated to do so! She is professional, warm-hearted, and knows exactly where to go for a great party. A clear recommendation! If possible, make sure to specifically request Emily as your guide. 🙂

It was a really amazing trip. Our guide, Cavit, did an outstanding job. He always took great care of everything and provided excellent advice throughout the trip. He was also incredibly helpful on WhatsApp, always available with useful recommendations and support.

He helped us with many things beyond his role as a guide, such as assisting with metro tickets and helping us book and reserve additional activities that were not even part of his responsibilities. He always made an effort to take care of us, regularly checking if everything was okay and making sure we were having a great time. His dedication and support truly made our experience much better. A very special shoutout goes to our trip coordinator Martina from Pilsen! She was always available, incredibly friendly, highly organized, and took care of every single detail. Whether it was spontaneous requests or small issues, Martina always had an immediate solution and made sure we felt completely at ease.

Pilsen is a charming, compact city with a great mix of history, architecture, and beer culture. The old town, the brewing heritage around Pilsner Urquell, and the relaxed atmosphere make it well worth a visit.

Guide Emily really enhanced the experience: knowledgeable, well-organized, and easygoing. She brings history to life without making it feel dry and responds flexibly to questions. Overall, a highly recommended combination of destination and guided tour.
