That was a great experience, in a great city, with a great guide (thank you so much !). I think it's actually better to don't talk about the specifics so you won't get spoiled. But you'll surely do things you've (probably) never done before.

We left on April 4th for a trip that had been booked several months in advance. The experience was organized by a company that works with independent sales representatives who operate from home and earn commission based on what they sell to clients. Our sales contact was very friendly and helpful throughout the planning process.

However, I’d like to share my personal opinion on a few aspects. Many of the activities offered during the sales process sound appealing, but in reality, some of them are either unavailable or simply don’t exist. In our case, two out of four scheduled activities were cancelled just three days before our departure (specifically, the dog activity and the one with the female boxer — both supposedly injured). We asked for replacement activities, but the alternatives offered were quite disappointing. We ended up paying extra to do activities we actually enjoyed, which was frustrating.

Fortunately, once we arrived, we were lucky enough to be guided by Maria Retter, our Czech guide — and she was absolutely outstanding. Professional, attentive, responsive, and fully committed to our satisfaction, Maria truly turned around a trip that had started off on the wrong foot. She was always present, proactive, and had an excellent understanding of both the local scene and the group’s needs. Thanks to her dedication, energy, and positive attitude, we were able to make the most of our weekend. She is a rare gem, and we sincerely hope others are fortunate enough to have her as their guide.

As for the nightlife (bars and clubs), be aware that the venues you’re taken to are often packed with bachelor party groups and have a somewhat unrefined atmosphere. We strongly recommend exploring the city’s larger clubs and nightlife spots on your own — the experience will be far better.

In summary, if I had to do it again, I would go through this company, but only for a few well-chosen activities like paintball or autoball. I would definitely plan the nightlife independently. The potential is there — but our trip’s success was truly thanks to Maria.

Victoria was great during the whole weekend. She made every arrangement possible so it all runs smoothly.

a truly incredible experience that I recommend, the shooting session as well as the private trip on the Danube, with a very kind, smiling guide named béa. I really recommend her activities, and above all she's a lovely lady who made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Despite Covid restrictions and multiple post-pone, the tour operator really went out of their way to make it work. Johanna was our guide for this trip in warsaw and heavily participated in making it fantastic, she adapted to fit in perfectly (which wasnt an easy task). The tour is loaded in content and well organized. Would definitely recommend.
