Now trading since Jan 2026 as Nalisom. Dreadful experience. My parcel was delayed for weeks. Evri tried to help but insisted seller contact them - I contacted Nalisom/Pirseldo countless times but completely blanked. No social media accounts either which should have been a red flag.

Would rate 0 if that were possible. Sizing incorrect, tried to exchange. No responce from the returns process form submitted. Company never replied to repeated emails.

AVOID WEBSITE. This is a scam. Have put a random persons number on the contact section who has nothing to do with the company, and do not reply to emails. Now changed their company to a ‘furniture company’ instead of football tops

I ordered a jersey from them at the end of February and it arrived 2 to 3 weeks later. When it arrived it was supposed to be an XL but clearly isn’t as it does not fit me and XL is a big size on me. I’ve tried to exchange for a larger size with no response, and in that time they have changed their website to a furniture and homeward site. There is no sign that they ever sold football jerseys so it is quite clearly a scam and a con. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE ONLY HERE TO ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND THE TOPS THEY SELL ARE ALL FAKE

I ordered 2 jersey week ago and it hasn’t arrived yet. Also, as the cancellation policy I tried to canceled 1 item within 24 hours, but nobody responded my emails. The contact number is also not available.

My item finally arrived two weeks late. No response to emails. No delivery update. Telephone number on website does not work. No word of any kind. Really poor.
