I ordered a console back in July and never received my purchase yet they took my money. The few times I did receive a reply the excuses were laughable until the point they stopped replying at all and never refunded my money. I have since raised a small claims but had notification that my claim has been returned unserved - I have used the address on the website. If anyone knows of any other address that can be used I would appreciate it. Avoid this company at all costs.

Similar to many here - I ordered a Superior Console back in August and still have not received anything. If its a scam its an odd one because they will occassionaly respond to Facebook and email requests (although with empty promises that were never fulfilled) and do have a working app (which isn't entirely bad).

I think they have now finally stopped taking orders. Not sure whether its a scam or they got over-whelmed. But steer clear if they start selling again.

Well no contact from this company via email or fb. Since they took £245 of my money back in Oct 2019 for a superior console. I have spoken to citizens advice and financial ombudsman and I have now raised a fraud investigation through my bank. I don’t want anything from them bar my money back.
Please don’t buy anything from them as they are still trading and taking peoples money.
And don't do what I did paying through faster payment online.

my brother ordered the 80 pound console 9 month ago but still hasnt got it he finally got an email saying it would be here by christmas he emailed them twice but nowt back how come they still selling them wen some people have been waiting for nearly a year it never arrived they are useless

Tried to stick with this company over the past couple of years as I can see they have found themselves in a tough spot on a number of occasions (assuming their assertions are truthful that they had several overseas suppliers steal their money). Sadly I have to rate as 1 star if only to warn new users against ordering from them.

Everything seems to be mis-sold. Either "in stock" items not really in stock, or the App which was sold as 50k games and offline being actually less than half those games (even fewer that work) and requiring internet connection to operate.

Overall, a very disappointing situation and no surprise to see this company state they have ceased trading. Proceed with caution if sending them any money.

I can't understand all these disgruntled people on here as I got my order less than two weeks back in November. (probably rival companies trying to tarnish reputation)

I bought the Odroid package and received everything in flawless condition within the time limit.

Easily the best birthday present my daughter will enjoy for years to come.

Excellent communication from the Piretro team and a sheer excellent product.

Fraudsters - bank transfer details links to a pre paid card account number. Ordered 25/11/19 - claimed despatch by 13/12/19 - no console
Facebook messages - ignored
emails - bounce back
twitter - closed

Looks like he has mugged lots of people off this Christmas. Reported to Action Fraud and my bank

If your thinking of using this company DONT its a scam Company that will take you money for Nothing in return. If they want to prove me wrong there are welcomed to delivery my console or refund my money as i have only been waiting for either to happen since 2019.

After giving them more than enough time and being told this would be sent out by Christmas this hasn't happened. So as many have said on here this company is a scam. i ordered mine in August and have seen nothing according to they site it has been in processing for the last four months. From the last messages i have seen the guy running this has said he has stopped selling and most likely disappeared with the money. So i urge even one affected to report them to ActionFraud and let the guy running this so called company answer to the police.

I have waited patiently for over a year now for my order - they have £220 of my money! Lots of broken promises and lies. I have been very supportive of the small business and felt very sorry for them so wanted to help them whilst they were struggling. Obviously I have been duped and have too much faith in people.

These people have already done the cycle once and are starting it again this Christmas. We put in many orders, they offer great delivery dates, miss them over and over again, claim they have larger problems and that we all have to now wait for more customers to buy their product so they can make enough profit to be able to complete our orders, make more promises then break them. Now it is a year later and they have more people duped into buying for Christmas and still no orders completed.

These people must be stopped and we need all our money back - or what we ordered in the first place!!

I have now been blocked from commenting on facebook and they are not answering emails or facebook messages. as a result I am left with little choice but to put this on here and also to raise a case with the police on their Action Fraud site (reference NFRC191203401895 if you want to complete one to).

If the owners of the company read this - had you just replied to emails and messages and been honest with us all from the start none of this would've happened. I appreciate that small business struggle in the first few years - but you build up by being open and honest with your customers. If you'd told me a year a go it would take a year I would not have bothered. I did suggest before just a bi weekly update telling us where in the queue we were and showing that we are moving would've solved it. Instead you blocked us all and left us no other choice. Please remember that these items have been bought by a lot of people for their children for Christmas - you have ruined many peoples christmases - 2 years in a row for some!

Only just found this page and I too have been had over,I ordered my gaming unit on 26th November so I could get it well in advance of Xmas because it was a present.Not happy at all and I will be doing everything in my power to get my money back

Like most people here, I got scammed by PRG / Jordan Longbottom.

I'm trying to co-ordinate some action to get as much money back as possible for people, and to make sure he can never scam anyone else in future.

There's more into on the "ppg scam/ do not order" page on facebook- but I'd ask everyone who has been scammed to report Jordan to Action Fraud.

It takes 10 minutes and costs nothing. If enough people report him, they will have to take action, seize his company accounts and bank accounts- pick through every transaction in forensic detail, probably declare him bankrupt, force him to sell everything he owns- and from what I've heard, he'll possibly go to prison.

If that doesn't make you feel better at this time of year, what could?!

ordered a retro games console on the 22nd of November, as yet despite various promises i have not received anything through. Due to the fact that i have not revived any response over the last 24hrs despite emailing and using facebook messenger to contact them i have now reported the matter to the Police Action Fraud website. So anyone reading this please do not order anything from them and if you have been defrauded like me by this person, then please do report this on the action fraud website and they have asked to mention my case number which is NFRC191203393033 when making your report. Please make sure you report this to the Police if you have been defrauded. Have now taken this to trading standards who have advised to go through the small claims court so if anybody has a name and address for this person could they please share this as i know the address on the website is a dummy one.

I ordered a console (£120) and although reluctant to pay by bank transfer, my brother had ordered and received his so I thought it was all legitimate.
How foolish was I! I ordered 6-7 weeks ago and received nothing. I get no responses to my emails, so my husband emailed from his email address as if he had a query as a new customer and surprise surprise they answered him. U MUST REPORT THRM TO ACTION FRAUD (online) as I have done, because the more people that do, the bigger the picture we will create.
I now have ‘undeliverable’ emails so clearly they’ve now blocked me.
An expensive mistake!

Ordered my console on Black Friday and I’m still waiting !!!!! Spoke to Dave a few times through Facebook messenger and through email about when I going to receive my console and he seemed genuine enough, however on Thursday this week I received this email since then I’ve tried to email back and the emails now come back as undelivered and no one is responding to my messages.

I am very sorry that we haven't been around to answer this week. Ben is off with a funeral etc, Lee is poorly and I am on my own.

I have sent very little consoles this week for lack of SD and HDD's cards. Something I spent half of yesterday trying to sort out.

You may also have noticed that I have removed all posts rom teh FB page - That page is not closing but Twitter has, INstagram has, Youtube has as we have stopped selling, permanently. We will not sell again but we also will not be leaving, it just may take me longer to answer than usual.

We will be here for full support for the initial 12 months after the last console has gone out of teh door minimum. So no worries, we aren't abandoning anyone.

Also, you may notice the app is down. Long story short, this happened about 7-8 months ago and it was all panic stations like we are quitting etc, we are not. This is out of mine and Francos hands, it's the host who is fixing the errors there side, yesterday they were migrating the server to another, I still haven't heard back yet and the gent on the priority line is telling me it's still in progress as we have used a lot of space.

Consoles will dispatch. Soon as these SD cards and HDD's arrive I will be hammering the life out of them. I can't give the exact schedule as it will be as many as I can in a day till they are all complete. I expect this to pick up tomorrow or Monday and see a lot go out the door very fast, please bare with us. It is definately coming.

I received my superior a couple of weeks ago. I had to wait over 2 months but I knew that before I ordered it so that's fine. However the 2 controllers I got with it don't work properly. The console comes with no instructions or troubleshooting guide etc. Now the reason why I choose to buy from piretro, was they said they give good after sales help with any issues you may have. This was very important factor for me when deciding whom to buy from. I contacted them the day I got my console as I noticed the controllers weren't right straight away. They did come back to me initially but were slow and got slower and slower, then they just ignored me not even replying anymore. There is a FB PRG group which those who already have there console are members, I have tried to join that group so I can ask others who have the consoles for advice on how to sort my controller issue but the PRG guy wont accept my join request. Hes told me twice he will do it, but hasn't. Its just the press of one button for gods sake so no excuse as to why he hasn't added me. I've been reasonable all the way through this and all I want is to sort out my controller issue so I can use the console I bought properly.
