Pirateswap scammed me out of my skins, the skin that sits in my site inventory is unable to be withdrawn for days. Their customer service stopped responding.

If a skin is temporarily unavailable for withdrawal, it means it is currently out of stock in our inventory. In such cases, every user has the option to either exchange the item for another skin or skins from our current offer, or receive a full refund at the original purchase price. No one ever loses what they purchased.
Regarding our support team, we approach every ticket individually and make sure each case is properly resolved. If your issue is still unresolved, we encourage you to reach out again so we can look into your case directly and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Buy anywhere Else!!! Its not even about the prices, they intentionally reverted around 25 trades. I did not get any notification or money back from them. Had to write myself and describe whats going on to support person for around 1h before he understood and started answering without auto made messages. If I were not to write to them they would not give me my money back or notify me. When they finally started reading my messages they said they can return the money soon. Everything looked okay, but they returned maybe 30% of actuall value of the skins to my pirateswap wallet XD. My friend also had revert trade from them at the same day, no notification, no nothing. So if you are new in CS2 Trading or just unexperienced USE ANYTHING ELSE, ANY DIFFRENT SITE cause you literally gonna get scammed sooner or later. Terrible Site!!!!!

When a trade is reverted on PirateSwap, the user always receives a full refund at the original purchase price. No one is ever left at a loss. If a specific skin is unavailable for delivery, the user is given a choice between a full refund at the purchase price or an exchange for another skin or skins from our current offer.
We never return only a partial value of a transaction, so the claim about receiving 30% of the actual value does not align with how our refund system works. Every refund is processed at 100% of the price from the day of purchase.
We're sorry to hear that communication with our support team was not as smooth as expected. We take every ticket seriously and approach each case individually to make sure it is resolved properly. If there are any remaining concerns regarding your transactions, we encourage you to reach out to our support again so we can review everything together and make sure nothing was missed.
