Easy to use and love that I can track all my shipping and see reports to know exactly what my costs are. Whenever I have had a question, they have been quick to answer and help me find a solution. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use this money saving way to cut shipping cost.

A great shipping option for ebay sellers.
We have been selling on eBay for 25 years. What a welcome relief to use Pirate Ship. Website is easy to use. I like being able to get a shipping quote before I decide to print a label. They are quick to reply to my emails and have stood by their service when the big guys decide to upcharge me after shipping. I only wish I could sometimes use FedEx for larger packages with them.

I have been using Pirateship for at least five years, I am a hobbyist who sells some of her work. The price of shipping has gone through the roof, but with Pirateship I know I always have the most accurate and most economical shipping available. The ease of use with this company couldn’t be simpler. You have an option to compare prices for the same package and printing labels is very simple. They also have an option to send an automated email to the recipient, and the estimated delivery dates are usually right on. I’ve been very pleased with what I’ve saved over the years!

I absolutely LOVE Pirate Ship!
I absolutely LOVE Pirate Ship, and have used their service for many years. Their service is extremely easy to use and you can create labels in batches, then print the labels all at once. They even provide discounted international shipping through Ascendia, which my international customers appreciate. If you need help, Pirate Ship's chat feature is superb! Once you initiate a chat, someone will be with you in just a couple of minutes, and their staff are always helpful. I highly recommend Pirate Ship!

Pirate Ship is THE best. I've been doing mail order for a long time, and they are by far the most efficient and have the lowest prices. There is no phone help, but the site is easy to navigate and you should have a very seamless experience. They do have help you can write in questions, and once or twice I've done it, they respond quickly.
