The overall service level from PippingRock has been quite good. Speed of delivery could be a bit faster but thats not always in their control. I use their products for arthritis management. For myself it is a excellent product! Does what I need to do which is bring the joint pain down so I can continue exercsing as often as I do. Their product has been excellent. I used something else for years and it stopped shipping to Canada. Changed to their product and I have not looked back. It has been great! I swim competitively, I run track, I cycle - road, mountain and recently track cycling, I lift weights, I do Krav Maga, and some times all of it in a week. I'm 60 - their products work.

had my identity stolen 8/05/2024. and found out about a data breach and my information is on the dark web. Piping Rock never sent out any notice. Now What?

I used to be a loyal customer. Then, a data breach happened on May 3, 2024. I got this announcement through my paid and well-renoved anti-virus program (F-Secure). However, the company told me nothing.

Well, I contacted the company and asked for the next-steps that should better be taken?

I think they never will... Perhaps for this their pills were the cheapest on the market 😅 You never know what you'll get. Don't risk with your lives. Not being able to contact with the company itself is a BIG RED FLAG!

I have placed several orders per year for over 5 years. They have always delivered quality products at good prices in a timely fashion, and have great customer service. The only issue I ever had was a bottle that leaked in transit; they quickly sent me afree replacement without making me return the original. Great company.

Shame on you, the order was not delivered, and I vow I will never buy anything from you again; I never received a full refund for the undelivered goods!

First time customer. Seen some incredible offers on sleeping sprays and supplements after a quick search on google so had to try this out. Company is based in the US so delivery did take a bit longer than the 5days (I did expect this as I'm based in the UK) and all items arrived today safe and secure. Very happy with my order and the incredible value.

The store have all that I want. The costume service is excellent and they do alot to help you, nice service. I buy all my vitamins and herbals there. I can highly recommend pipping rock.
