Order Misunderstanding - PiPi Tea order
There was a misunderstanding on my part when ordering the PiPi tea so I reached out to them. Immediately, they responded to my concerns and explained what had happened. After giving me a couple choices to resolve the situation, everything was settled to my liking. All in a matter of maybe an hour! Thank you to Kim for showing her care and amazing customer service. I wish all places had customer service like Kim's and others, it's unheard of these days! I really appreciate your help!

Exceptional Customer Service
I contacted PiPi tea about an upcoming order (Order #12345) that I needed to change the delivery date for as I have plenty of tea on hand. Dev responded within the hour. He asked me if I needed to change my shipping schedule and, if so, what would work best for me. This morning I received a confirmation email with the requested changes to my subscription including the next shipping date and assurance that my discount (which I had not asked about) will not be affected. I could not have asked for better customer service!

When I ordered the PiPi tea on line, I did not realize this was a subscribtion. John was very helpful with understanding my concern, since I only wanted to try the tea.

Pipi Tea They are a scam company
They are a scam company. They offer a sale price like buy 1 get 2 free for 19.99. But then charge your credit card 69.99. I have filed a fraud charge with my credit card company. They advertise on Facebook and if you look on Pipi Tea Complaints there are thousands of them stating the same thing they are doing to me.
