I only got part of my order I contacted the company and said I had paid for next day delivery there said it was not them it was the delivery coning from someone else and there had contacted the other party or tried and were waiting I don't know how that would help me there asked what there could do, Don't use them unless you want to pay for a service you will not get disappointed

Really happy with our new shelves. The quality appears great, the colour and finish were also great and the delivery was smooth and quick.
Our carpenter who fitted the shelves as part of a arch cabinet build commented on the quality and thickness of the wood.

Oak Handrail and Stainless Fittings
An excellent product let down by poor transport from FedEx sending conflicting emails about delivery info. Regarding the product it would be helpful if a pilot hole could be drilled as standard in the ends of the rails to help with centralising the plastic caps. Also the screws fixing the brackets to the handrail could have a smaller head and all screws could be stainless steel. This review might seem critical and is meant for you to consider, but overall I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.

Extremely pleased with our handrail. Arrived within a couple of days and was packaged well. Chose to have the oil finish which I would recommend - it enhances the wood and saves the bother of varnishing yourself. Good quality item which enhances our hallway. 5 stars all the way.

Good quality craftsmanship and fast delivery. The company did a very good job completing a custom order and were flexible with all aspects to achieve the unique design I had in mind, while turning it around twice the speed of other workshops. Very responsive communication and support throughout. A special massive thank you to the two the delivery men who did a fantastic and difficult job of getting the very heavy piece into a tricky area of the house.

Defective items but company refused to help
I bought some shelf brackets that came damaged, with the powder coating peeling. I tried contacting the company multiple times to ask for a refund but all my communications were ignored. Eventually, I had to request help from my credit card company, who arranged a refund for me. I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 star, to try to be fair to the company. The shelf brackets were solidly made and accurate to the advertised measurements, albeit the finish was a little rough. The range of products seems interesting so I might potentially have purchased other items. However, I don't have confidence in the company to deal with any issues that arise.

Really good product with quick…
Really good product with quick delivery. However I ordered an oak stair rail with copper fixings. Baffled and slightly annoyed that they sent it with silver screws. Sometimes it’s attention to detail that counts.
