My order arrived 5 days late after…very bad service
My order arrived 5 days late after although I paid extra for next day delivery my parcel arrived All torn up !!!
The garment sizes are very big I sent most of the delivery back and still have had no refund after 10 days am still chasing my payment

Beware of partial refunds…
I ordered 2 size size 12 hoody’s and 12w arrived, they were huge so had to send them back. I had to pay the return postage, which is fine, but Pink Soda only gave me a partial refund!! What’s that all about? So to order and return it cost me a tenner, wouldn’t order again

I actually love this coat but the stiching is not great.
I actually love this coat. I would buy another but unfortunately the coat has a lot of loose peices of tread sticking out. Iv had to cut some of them off, it ls annoying and makes me wonder about the quality with the stiching. Very happy I purchased it at sale price. If it wasn't for this It would be 5 stars as I find the coat comfortable, stylish and warm.

The coat I ordered is lovely HOWEVER, I ordered two sizes to see which one fitted best and would return the one I didn’t want.
Not realising that the return wasn’t free and that as the customer I would be responsible for the cost of the return which was £12.70!!! Which I feel is shocking. Iv never paid so much to send something back and won’t be ordering from them again for that reason!

The coat I received had the wrong tag in it- stating it was a 12, I have since realised the actual label of the coat says it’s a 10- I have contacted multiple times and the problem is still u resolved, love the coat itself just the customer service isn’t great
