SCAM. It has been 2 months and my order never arrived. DO NOT ORDER!!! I AM REPORTING THEM - WILL FILE LEGAL COMPLAINTS.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago shipping was meant to be 3-6 days and have had no update or tracking provided. Reached out via email and through the website and have had no response. Terrible customer service

I’m so disappointed with this website as I had purchased from them before and got my purchase this time I placed another order and it has not turned up I have sent multiple emails and contacted them on IG with no reply, I wish I read this before buying from them.

How do we report this website? I was scammed last July never received my purchase. Multiple emails with no reply. Interesting enough on the website you will notice a postal address but it says not to send returns to this adress. I wonder why? Obviously a fake adress. I will gonto my bank and see what they can do with my transaction but this site really need to be reported asap!! Not sure how to do it tho

They are scammers stay far away!

I placed an order in '22 for $188. I was reviewing my shopify order history today (nearly 18 months later) and noticed this was the only order that never said "Delivered". I immediately took to my emails and noticed that I had emailed them when I never received and shipping confirmation and requested a refund. I received an automated response that shipment would take 2-5 weeks because my items were pre-orders. Guess what? They never ever shipped my items and walked away with the $188. No doubt this is their scheme. Normally, I'd have been paying attention and would have disputed with my CC company but I completely forgot about it (life) and am only now realizing this nearly a 1.5 years later. Absolutely sick! Don't order through them!!

I ordered a bikini top in July and still have not received it. After a month I followed up and was told it was processing. It’s now October and they refuse to answer any of my follow up emails.

HORRIBLE!!! Scam! Do not order from this website. Ordered a swimsuit beginining of August with the promise of 5-7 day shipping, 2 weeks later and I realized I didn’t get a shipping confirmation so decided to contact the company. Contacted them 2-3 times in a 2 week period and after the last time I got a response saying “we’re pleased to let you know we RECIEVED your order”. 6 weeks later, still no shipping confirmed, no delivery, no response from their team. Big scam!!!!

I ordered a bikini from them in March. They have not sent my order, they responded to my inquiry, said my bikini was sold out, and offered to send me something else. I chose a dress and that has also never been sent. I was told in July I would get a shipping number soon, I have received nothing.

Absolute sham DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered bikinis and they have not been dispatched in over 3 weeks. I no longer have a use for them and have asked for a refund 3 times no response. I’ll be reporting to consumer affairs ad this is a unacceptable

This shop is a scam! They don’t send your items and then refuse a refund

I ordered this item on the 17th February and am yet to receive it.

After many unanswered attempts to contact support over several months for an update on the status of my shipment I finally had an answer on 22nd March that they product was being prepared for shipment.

Continued radio silence after contacting support several times again I finally received a notification that my ordered was shipped on the 19th May.

It’s now 17th June and I still haven’t received my item.

Will I ever receive my items? Who knows.

Worst service on an item over ever received on atm. I can’t help but relent that I’ve probably lost this money and won’t receive anything for it.

I wish I could put "0 stars". Placed an order back in February. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Sent an e-mail asking for any updates on my order. Received a reply stating that items I've ordered are out of stock (weren't when I ordered it, at least was not indicated on their website), I've asked for a refund. Marvie, who has been my point of contact replied - "I respect your decision, and I want to extend a sincere apology for any inconvenience this may have caused.

It is now May, multiple e-mails from my side and no responses.
I can see the "respect" and "promptness" , and "swift response". Horrible customer service. Waisted money. Never again.
Save yourself the stress and time, go to an actual shop. This is a scam.

Placed an order in Jan received half of order- was told other items were out of stock and was told they would send when stock is available- estimated mid April /
Iv sent countless emails with no reply and still waiting on my order.
3 weeks still no reply back to multiple emails.
Absolute joke.

Myself and my friend ordered a few pieces online the end of February.
Having then only received 1/3 of the order and waiting a week, I emailed to see what the hold up was, to be told the other items were on back order, which was not made clear to me when purchasing the items in the first place.
Because I was waiting so long, I opted for a refund as the sizing of the pieces we got, were just not the right fit for us.
Since asking for a refund the beginning of March, I’ve been told that it’s been “forwarded to the correct department” yet still nothing.
I’ve also emailed twice since then with no reply whatsoever. Poor customer service it seems when it comes to giving someone their money back!
I’m out $100’s which I will not be letting slide.
Do not order from this company if you want to be able to return/get your money back!

Rip off merchants! Only sent me 1/2 of my order. They refuse to reply to my numerous emails, messenger and chat. It has been over a month since I placed my order! They have stolen $80! And from reading comments on their f/b page, I'm not the only customer they have ripped off.

Scam… received order number and receipt. No product revived over a month later and have tried to contact via multiple platforms.

I ordered a bikini, it was never shipped, they ignored inquiries and instagram DM’s. I had to dispute the transaction on my credit card,

I placed an order on March 6, 2024. My credit card was charged, however i never recieved a tracking number or my items. I have reached out via Email, Instagram Dm, and the Shop app i used to purchase. They simply do not respond. There is an automatic message saying someone will contact me shortly. They have not contacted me. I placed this order 8 weeks before my vacation, where i was planning on wearing my swim suit. absolutely horrible customer service.

Do not purchase. They don't have stock availability and try to don't give your refound back. It's a scam.
Months to try to receive my refound, nothing. Worst purchase in my life
