AVOID THESE GUYS, THEY DONT CARE
PingPipe obviously have 1000's of customers, because YOU do not matter at all, they do not give a crap about their customers at all.
Also unlike most DC they have a 10 day cancellation period so make sure you cancel in advance or they will auto charge your credit card of course. You cant just let the service end like any normal DC.
Also the servers in Atlanta and New York kept crashing, and with no investigation they would simply reboot it. I use around 11 different data centres worldwide and these were the worst.
There are much better DC out there in my opinion. servermania are really good and have good support and a damn sight cheaper too.
I would post screenshots of how i was treated, they just dont care, at one point i said look if you wont cancel this server i will cancel all my servers and leave, they said "do what you have to do" (paraphrase).
They dont deserve to be in business in my opinion, customer care is #1 surely when its not face to face this is even more important.
