A very comprehensive survey on our new home for a very reasonable price. Completed in a quick timeframe allowing us to complete the purchase in 2 months from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone needing a survey.

We reached out to Karl for the property survey. Unfortunately, our first sale fell through, but even the initial comments on that property from Karl were very useful for us to make an informed decision not to proceed with purchase. Our second property report was full, detailed, precise and describing everything that we needed to know about the purchase of the house, including the estimate of the costs and timeline for the potential works. Both me and my husband can’t thank Karl enough for his work, highly recommended to anyone who wants to know every single detail about the house they are purchasing.

The service offered by Karl was very professional. He responded to the enquiry quickly, explaining clearly what services he offered. Once booked, the survey was completed and the report sent within the time frame given.

Karl was good with his communication. I found him to be personable, easy to talk to. The initial email received was comprehensive, detailing all he intended to do in the survey. He kept me updated regarding when he had made contact with the vendor and when he planned to perform the survey. Karl provided an in depth report of his findings with images to support what he found. I received the report ten days after the survey. I would recommend Karl to anyone considering a level three survey.

Karl did a full survey for us after we offered on a house /communications were quick and clear , the survey was booked quickly and we had the report a week after the survey.
