Poor quality. One arm longer than the other. Wrist bands to big and bulky. And the chiefs iron on was wrinkled and coming off before it was worn. And the sleeves were way too long

Wow... the definition of a cheap knock off. My brother has an original and I had hoped to get at least something close. The material was very cheap, the stitching was not up to par. Would not buy again

The quality of the jacket was amazing. Communications were quick and easy

I ordered a variety jacket a month ago and never received it. The number on their website is bogus and they never responded to any of my emails. Stay away from Pinesmax it’s a scam.

Return policy is bs , I never read a return policy on items I am purchasing. Poor quality & I will never order another item from this company. Ever

It took awhile to have received, and when I finally got it. It’s quite a disappointment, in the picture it looks so good like I guess the real one. But this one’s quality made and material was so cheaply done that I might hesitate to wear it. Oh well, you got what you paid for like what they said. Lesson learned, I’ve could have spent a little more locally to have some satisfaction.

I purchased a jacket and returned it back in October 2023. I was informed that my refund was being processed. On December 17, 2023. I was informed that I would receive my refund within 3 business days. I never received the refund. I inquired about the refund on January 1, 2024 and was asked do I have PayPal. I gave my PayPal information 5 days ago and as of today I still haven’t received a refund. I didn’t pay with PayPal therefore not quite sure why my refund need to be submitted through PayPal.

Poor quality jacket. Dishonesty. Expensive returns. Will never shop here again.

Fake item. Not as advertised. I've requested a full refund and shipping the item back.

The item is not the authentic item and now I’m having a hard time returning it.

The coat was not as pictured, had a very strong gasoline smell and did not fit! However, after having emailed the company I was able to return the coat for a full refund.

Company is trash sent me wrong product took my money & never sent return label due to the inconvenience

The product was ill-fitting, order was delayed and it was overall just low quality.

The coat that I purchased was smaller than I expected and it didn't look anything like the one that was advertised

If I could give this scam of a company zero stars, I would. I ordered a fleece coat in pink and ivory. The coat I got is pink and TAN and the fabric is some sort of shiny, slick material. I wear a large, and even though reviews stated the coats run true to size, I ordered a 2X anyway, and it's too small. It's too awful to even donate.
