AVOID!!!

SCAM, don't bother

Unfortunately bought items from Urban Core. Changed my mind as I felt too much was being spent for what I actually bought so tried to cancel the order multiple times via email. In their policy it states you're able to cancel, so long as the order is still being processed which mine hasn't even been started. Those emails have been ignored. Then I saw the Trustpilot reviews and I now sincerely regret ordering from this company. Please cancel my order as I don't agree with your returns policy, I don't want the items, they're too expensive for them to be dropshipped from China, and I'm trying to dispute the charge currently through PayPal.

Update: I've been refunded now, only after making this complaint. Their reply makes it seem like the refund had been processed when I had written my comment. The reality is I was being ignored until I wrote this Trustpilot review. Anyone looking to buy should heed the warnings of other reviews.

SCAM

SCAM - no response from emails, Just generic auto response

purchased item off ubran core - purchased item 5th Jan - delivery date 14th Jan - checked on the 15th and still not sent!

thanksfully paid via paypal so they can get the money back off them

Don’t spend your money there, it is a scam

A HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IT IS A SCAM, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE! The help team is not responding, they are ignoring their customers and robbing them for money.
Haven’t received a package for over a month! It is a scandal, once I get my package and get a refund I will remove the review.

UPDATE: The company's comment below is inaccurate since my address has been correct from the beginning. It is just a device used by them to prolong the delivery process and finally never deliver your package.

Scam / do not order

Product is not as per the images. It too a very long time to come. Was way too big and impossible to return. Do not waste your money on this rubbish

Awful quality

Order arrived after a month or longer. Fault top with a hole missing for the laces and the existing holes are two small for the lace to even loop through. Meaning the item is completely in wearable. Have been unable to contact anyone to request a refund. Very disappointed

Extremely long delivery

2 months passed after the order: no delivery, no info on the status, no tracking number, just nothing.

Update:
Customer service really contacted me the same day and tried to resolve my problem. I was ready to wait longer in case of any transparency on the delivery timings. However, the shop wasn't able to provide me such information and processed the refund. Money came back to my bank account fast, it took 3 days.
I increased the rate from 1 to 2 stars due to this communication, but cannot evaluate pinchbox higher and recommend it. I didn't get my order after all and the company paid attention to the delivery issue only after my negative review.
