I originally met Lee through a mutual friend and we got chatting about a property I was looking to sell after completing a full refurbishment.
Lee arranged to visit the property alongside a colleague to carry out a thorough inspection. They walked around the entire house, took a video, asked all the right questions, and requested the requisite safety certificates.
The process was impressively slick. Within just three days, I had a mutually agreeable offer on the table, and everything has progressed through to a sale with absolute ease. It has been a breath of fresh air working with someone so professional, efficient, and genuine.
