The buy itself and delivery was alright…

The buy itself and delivery was alright but I´m not satisfied with the quality of the bought product. The components are made out of cheap plastic and one motor is falling from the wing and the front cover isn´t fixed to the motor. I wouldn´t buy this product again.

Dear Jakub,
We are very sorry for that. We apologize. The model has probably manufacturing damage.
The model is plastic and has a retail price of approximately 20 EUR. This simply happens and we have no control over it. However, you can contact us for a replacement. You could have gotten a new model.
But it si probably easier to offend the store.
