Slow and inconvenient
Slow. Video consultation requirement was problematic because there were no appointments for 5 days. Only when I contacted them did they waiver the need for a video consultation. The order was then dispatched. From start to finish, it took far too long to process.
Now Royal Mail have yet to deliver the package too. With other pharmacies, Royal Mail have always left it in my safe place. I am having to chase and chase this delivery.
Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Wholly inconvenient experience. Other pharmacies have a much smoother and quicker process.

Thank you for your review and we appreciate the feedback. We have looked in to your order details and your order was placed on Saturday 21st March which is outside of our normal opening hours. Your order was reviewed on the next business day which was Monday 23rd March. The initial screening determines if a video consultation is required or not and in your case it passed and moved to the prescribing team. Your order was then approved late afternoon on Monday 23rd March and the order passed to the dispensary. Your order was dispensed on Tuesday 24th March and dispatched to Royal Mail on Wednesday 25th March within 2 days of the the operational hours of the business which is Monday to Friday.
In reference to your parcel instructions, Royal Mail parcels require signature as these are Prescription Only Medicines. You have the ability to add delivery instructions to Royal Mail once you receive tracking notification from them but we do not add these as we do not accept liability for deviations from the parcels being signed for at the address it is posted to.

Superb support and service
After a comprehensive online consultation my Mounjaro was delivered within a few days. The package had to be signed for which ensured correct delivery. I’m very happy with my purchase.
